I walked in looking for the dark haired lady with glasses and was told she was no longer with the company I also asked about an upgrade and was told I couldn't and had to get a new number this store has gone down hill bad since Sandy was moved to the location by spectrum I finally found her because I called another location and asked they told me where to find her thanks for understanding my concerns
