Reasonable costs great service, I got a promo 5g phone, that's $0, compared to having to finance a Samsung phone ? from mobile, who also charges like $170/mo in addition, for the same exact plan!!

I originally called the store to get some general information because I thinking of possibly changing providers. I spoke with a young lady named Vanessa. She listened, asked me a few questions and advised me. We hung up and approximately 30 minutes later she text me with what she thought was the perfect solution for me. At that point I determined that it was worth a visit to the store. Once in the store, Vanessa really proved her abilities as a sales clerk. I ended up switching carriers that day. She truly is an excellent person to have working that store. I would recommend anyone visit and speak with her!!!

This is the best metro in this are. Always very helpful and friendly. It's a little out of the way but I will always go here when ever I need in store service. It's worth the little drive.

Love the staff at this location. From day one Sandy has went out of her way to help me. This week I slammed my phone in the door and shattered it. I called the store and once again Sandy came to my rescue. She was out of stock on my particular phone, so she called her other stores, found me one, and had her boss bring it from Mooresville to her store so I would not have to wait on a new shipment. This is customer service at its BEST!
