I was hoping to use the Kannapolis location for a tire repair, in fact I waited to give them a call the next morning to schedule an appointment. When I called I was abruptly told that they don’t repair tires. I informed the lady that it states on the website that they did. Her response was “We can only check to see if it’s leaking and tell you. In fact we don’t even have tires here. We have to order them.” You may want to update your website Muffler Masters. It’s not that difficult. Very misleading.

I had an unexpected flat today, way after they had closed for the day. But 2 very nice gentleman were still working and changed out my tire for me. They were very nice and helpful. I appreciated there help and great attitude and service.

My experience was amazing got a great quote and got my service that day. The exhausted tech was amazing did was I wanted with no issues. I think all the people that helped me today they were overall amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

Worked on my 2008 Ford F-250. They explained Ford used plastic timing chain guides in 2008, which have gotten brittle after 17yrs. Brad replced them. Picked up truck Friday, drove it to Richmond Ky, this weekend. Averaged 16.6 miles per gallon on the 5.4 L., best ever gas mileage.THANKS !!

I went in to get a custom exhaust put on my car I was practically in and out within the hour they welded perfectly to fit my car asking me how I would like my exhaust to sit and all of that for an affordable price

Haven't had my vehicle serviced here, but the lady answering the phone came off as rude. Seemed like she was trying to rush me off the phone. If you would listen instead of talking over me it'd probably make for a smoother conversation.

I, truthfully, cannot expect better care from a mechanic shop. Our mustang was at another shop for over a month after leaving my fiancé on the side of the road. We were told within the first day that there was a rod that was thrown and blew a hole in the block and ruined the turbo as well. They were completely honest and straightforward. They made us feel safe and secure in a really shitty situation. As a woman, I feel comfortable to walk in that shop and not to be manipulated and overcharged into thinking I have more wrong with my car because I know less than a man. (Many shops I’ve been in have done this exact thing). I have already spread the word about this shop with family that works in the car (wheel and tire) industry, and I will continue to provide them as references because they truly deserve it. Joe and Tracy, thank you and you WILL see us again!

They got me in on a first come first serve Saturday and the technician did a great job on a custom exhaust setup. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend these folks.

came in one Saturday morning as a new customer because i knocked my muffler out of the holdings on my new to me car and it was rattling. I was sad and panicking about it and they were busy. As the front desk lady was kindly telling me the muffler person was out that day, someone came around the corner and told her to put me down and they would handle it. (was very mild muffler issue) I also got an oil change. I got a ride-share service to my house so I could work my normal shift. Their quote sending system was easy, went right to my phone and I paid quickly and easy. The car was ready for me when I got off work. I was so thankful I cried. ha. This was months ago but I have been meaning to thank them and post this. They were wonderful. Highly recommend.
