“we have been purchasing our vinyl flooring from Home Depot in Kannapolis. We needed 3 more boxes to finish. Called to confirm that it was still in stock. They had it waiting for us when we arrived. . My husband is a Veteran and does not have a cellphone. They refused to give him his 10 percent off just because he didn't have a cell phone with the home Depot app. He has his VA ID card but was still refused for discount. very disappointed in the handling of this. we have purchased over $2000 worth of vinyl flooring and have always received the military discount until now.”
