Sales lady was wonderful but the guy she had to install my wiper blades was obviously either inexperienced or in a hurry I went use my wipers when it was raining and they were making a horrible noise so I get out and he had left the plastic pieces on the ends and then I thought honest mistake I guess so then I tried again it was still not right I get out and he didn't even have them clipped in ?♀️

I purchased a car battery in California November 14th of 2022 and it malfunctioned today, November 1st of 2023. I did not keep my receipt, and I moved to North Carolina. Luckily, John at the Kannapolis store was able to find the transaction and honored the warranty on it--refunding full price! John, thank you for the awesome customer service!
