My father came in there and asked her do you guys have any grits and she gave him an attitude. Then goes on Facebook and post this about my dad. These are the things you let your employees do huh ? I’m calling corporate on her. She is very rude and disrespectful.

This company is a complete scam. I am listed under my mother’s account and today I received a renewal charge of $45. I called the customer service number and can’t get anyone who clearly speaks English. The rep has the audacity to tell me that auto renewal is authorized for a specific card number (which is my moms card) but mines was charged because I shopped their using my card and the system may just have chosen my card to debit. This makes ABSOLUTELY no sense at all and is illegal. Called back again just to verify because maybe I was speaking with a complete IDIOT but was told the same bogus thing twice. The rep also said since my card isn’t listed on the account I cannot get a refund, just a gift card. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow morning to report this fraudulent charge and the BBB as well.

The staff working the cafe area need to learn how to treat customers. Our pretzels we got were hard and I asked for new ones. She got very rude with me. Never had this horrible service before.

Returned window ac unit because it wasn’t cooling. They didn’t have one in stock . So instead of refunding cash so we could go buy another one they placed on debit card. Week and a day later still no refund. It has been extremely miserable without air conditioning

We have been using Sam’s Club Pharmacy for over 10 years, 6 in Myrtle Beach and now over 4 years in Kannapolis NC and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, service is great and the people there are the best, the pharmacist are very nice and knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and the prices are better than most, will continue to use them even though we live in Salisbury it is worth the drive and we shop at Sams club as a bonus.

We could not ask for better customer service!! Everyone of the pharmacy employees are very friendly and go above and beyond in caring for their patients. After reacting to some meds a pharmacy employee called me everyday for a week to check on me. Unbelievable customer service in this day and time.

Very disappointed in the optical dept- stood and waited over an hour just to pick up a box of contacts- It was over an hour before the lady even asked if she could help me. This is the very last time I will ever shop with the optical department. The people she was assisting weren’t even finished picking out their items because they kept going back and fourth - absolutely ridiculous !

fast friendly service......We get our medications filled here every month. The employees are always very nice and helpful. The pharmacist is always very knowledgeable about our medications and are always able to answer any questions we may have. The prices are better than other local pharmacies and they do anything they can to help us save a little extra money. The only thing I don't care for is their practice of having to check every customer's receipt and merchandise at the exit doors before we leave. I don't know if they do this as an anti-theft measure or as an inventory control measure but it does have a tendency slow things down.
