C.J. at the Kannapolis Verizon on Roxie street was a pleasure to work with! He took great care of me while completing the upgrade process and was a pleasure to talk too! 10/10 would definitely recommend going to see him for all your Verizon needs!

Upon leaving for vacation I needed to know how to gain more storage and add the international plan. I stopped by the Kannapolis store and spoke with Markus. He advised I had minimal options, but advised what I could do for storage. Markus also said I could consider trading the phone in and explained the call package for my trip. I eventually came back and Markus helped me figure out the best phone for my needs and helped me set up the new phone. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He helped 4 people in the time I was there, and everyone left with a smile on thier face. Markus definitely made this trade in comfortable. By far the BEST at Verizon I have seen in a while!

I’m a long time Verizon customer(20+). Almost left Verizon because this store. I was trying to upgrade my phone. I was told price & information by customer service online. I go to the store & was told something totally different. I had appt to pick up my phone but I get there a the female customer service rep had no clue what she was talking about. She didn’t even try find a solution to help me complete the transaction. It was just ok sorry, bye.. I’m not sure if this is a growing issue between Verizon & these satellite stores or not. However, if I’m the satellite store & in today’s economy…I’d be worried because you’re being setup. You won’t survive because a customer like myself & younger clients will do everything online. Next day, Customer service sold me the upgrade & also sold me 5g internet for my DAD( he needed it) in another state. So you loss another sale all because of your lax customer service salesmanship!! Save yourself the headache leave these satellites stores alone, a waste of your time. The ppl online are better trained & can do everything the stores can do these days & give you discounts & offer PERKS!! They don’t seem to care about helping you anyways.

I needed some technical assistance with my phone and I went to the Verizon store on Roxy St. in Kannapolis and Griffin took care of me by providing excellent customer service. He was very patient and is highly knowledgeable with the equipment and how it works. You are very fortunate to have him as a part of the Verizon family! Please recognize him for a job well done! This Verison store did what two others couldn’t. I had an issue with a transfer and trade in, and they solved the transfer quickly and put me in contact with corporate and talked to them about my situation. Will go here only in the future!

Fantastic customer service. Actually beyond helpful! Answered all of my questions and did not hurry us even though there were plenty of people waiting in line. That man is spectacular. That helped us. He even remembered my husband's name from the day before
