I got into the drive thru to pick my prescription and was next in line when the car in front of me shut there car off and did not move out of the window for over 30 mins I pulled off after waiting 30 mins and there were 10 cars behind me. Clearly your pharmacist doesn’t understand the concept of drive thru she allowed them to sit there even after knowing she had a line of cars waiting it is bad business. I never picked up my prescription and have now moved them to cannon pharmacy who has way better customer service and where they understand the concept of drive thru

Great people and service, Covid vaccine #1

April 2021 by John H.
Came here for my COVID vaccine. The folks working in the pharmacy were so friendly. I could tell they were over worked, but they were professional and I was elated to get my vaccine here. The 15 min observation time was spent in a chair, watching other customers come through the store. It is a BUSY location and I did not purchase anything so I cannot say much about customer service on the front end of the store. The store was orderly and neat, a couple of kids were running up and down the aisles, but it actually made it feel "normal." Everyone was masked and pleasant. They were cranking out appointments, but you could see/feel a sense of excitement. I didn't really talk to anyone else cause the chairs were spaced far apart, but I think you could feel the sense of relief from folks after receiving the vaccine and our tickets out of this pandemic.

If the rating system truly allowed one to give an accurate star rating we could go into the negative. Their stores customer service is absolutely horrible, in EVERY sense of the word. I shop at Walgreens frequently, sometimes they offer very good coupons. However, if I happen to be home and have to go to this store, I NEVER EVER EVER get to use the coupons you get from their app. Tonight March 5, 21 I came in to shop, and use my mobile coupons, as I normally do. Surprise, (not really) the store associates say there are no coupons available. I explain they are on there, associate asked me- "are you sure you know what you're doing"? No, I'm not sure, I just do this every single time I shop at Walgreens. I show them my coupons and ask how long they e been there. I don't know if it's training that the associates at this store do not get or what it is, but it happens every time I shop this Walgreens. I let the associate, JESSIE BROADWAY, know exactly that (about the coupons) she proceeds to tell me, "well ma'am if you don't like it, there is a Walgreens right up the road, I suggest you go there if you don't like what happens here". I say wow, is that your idea of customer service? Telling a customer to go to another store, because you're incapable of doing your job. I am and was blown away by the rudeness. I ask her to please write her name down in the receipt, she does...nice and big with a permanent marker and like a smart butt hands it to me and says, my store manager won't be here until Mo day so you can go ahead and call him then. You could her the sarcasm in her voice. I was so upset. I am shocked. What is Walgreens doing? Why have you had to resort to hiring rude and nasty associates. There are so many people with good customer service skills without work right now, due to Covid there is no reason to keep these types of people around. It was bad enough I had to wait for the two of those girls to finish up their conversation with the man they were helping. Discussing how you g they were and how old their parents are and the man tells them they're too young and they're all giggling and it's so funny. Let us wait so y'all can finish your love connection. I don't know the name of the other associate, wish I did because she needs to be listed her too. She's the one that asked me if I was sure I knew how to put the coupon in my app. I won't be going here again, it's a shame I have to drive out of my way to get the services they provide, but I will not deal with this any longer. I am taking all of my prescriptions and my families prescriptions and going somewhere else. I will also be sure and tell everyone willing to listen, all of the times I've visited this store and have been treated terrible. I'm not trying to come off as rude, but I am so upset. I cannot believe a store associate told me to go to a different Walgreens. Goodbye Walgreens. I will make sure to pass this along again and again.

Typical Walgreens on busy corner of South Cannon Blvd and Dale Earnhardt Blvd. Abit understaffed and odd they have aleve locked inside glass display so you need get assistance from an associate to open , so you can buy, kinda waste of time. Other than that same old same old. Prefer CVS but close to my work area across street.
