I called at 11 am to have order filled they tell me its will be ready at 2 pm i show it its not ready.Thwy have no regard for peoples time they are getting paid for their time and the customer is not. They feel like its no big deal to to make you wait.

Pharmacist at S.Cannon Blvd. In Kannapolis was very disrespectful and unprofessional during phone conversation, when asking for help to get a prescription transferred from a mail order pharmacy, secondary to running out of my medication before I could get more delivered. Her excuse was that they where short handed on staff! I plan to pull all my prescriptions that are on file with Walgreens to a different pharmacy that was respectful and helpful with the issue at hand today. I work in the medical field. I know what it's like to be short handed but you handle it professionally! In this case I was the patient and I felt very disrespected!

Older man working the register with the earrings is not friendly every time I'm in. Short Spanish man is also very rude.

Ordered 5 different Canvas prints. 1 had a ink mark on the front, Luis the manager tried to tell me that I put the marks on the canvas that I picked up. That's not a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Calling a customer a liar is not the way to keep business. How did he get the manager position? Will never give this location any more business. Do better Walgreens

The man who is managing their needs to be fired me and my mom always go there and he never wants to take anybody he is always sitting down and we called up their to talk about merchandise and he had such a bad attitude he told us to come to the store ourselves to see.The store could be better without him

the cashier James is rude as hell, has harassed my stepdad 2 times now. Had to call the manager twice now because of how he acts. Manager on duty tonight was so so sweet though.

Don't ever buy any gift cards from this store. I bought a 225.00 Apple gift card and when my family member went to use it it was denied. The store refused to give me another card or return my money. I contacted apple and they told me to contact the store and they should be able to help me and they refused.I contacted their customer service and they took two weeks to tell me I am not getting my money back. They researched the card and has the name of the person who somehow stole the numbers but they can't give me the crooks name as They have protect their privacy, can you imagine that. The crook keeps the money and I got nothing. Stay away from buying gift cards from this store.
