Always a lame experience but a necessity. A bunch of self checkout stations and no customer service

a very busy Walmart on Sunday. Definitely want to give a shout out the last couple months they have been fully staffed on the registers. I have started going back to Walmart to do my grocery shopping due to this!

To much loitering, and I don't like being approached by homeless people asking for money they're in better shape than me and they can get a job

There was only one person serving customers at the customer service center, line of 6 or more.

This is the worst Walmart around. 11am, went in through the garden just to get a plant. No registers open, into the store first set of self checkout closed. All the way to the produce end. Also I pay for the scan and go and am tired of being stopped walking out when they see me being checked at the register. Also being harassed when I have a full cart at self checkout. If you don't like it get with the times and get bigger check outs like Concord.

This Walmart has made a science out of slow service and invisible clerks in the departments. This afternoon, one side of the self-checkouts was blocked off and half the registers on the other side were out of service. The few open lanes had customers 4 deep. One clerk in an unnamed department waited on a fellow employee while ignoring me for 10 minutes.

A lot of out-of-stock items, items out of order (in the wrong place), unorganized shelves, and employees annoyed when asked for help.

You need to have more than ONE PERSON at the money services counter at the beginning of the month. I watched 3 cashiers stand around twiddling their thumbs at customer service while the ONE CASHIER at money services was swamped. This is horrible delegation and straight up bad management. This happens every month. Fire your gm, seriously. It took me 1 entire hour to get a money order. Unacceptable.

Not a great store, but not the worst. Did not have the craft supplies I was looking for, but they did have other things I needed/wanted.

I come here at least once a week. I spend between $200 and $400 every time I go. I pay $100 a year to use the "scan and go" option. Lately every time I go there's some issue. Either they're having my cart checked, I get the blue screen at checkout and have to have someone rescan all my items or they lock my app when I go to check out and I, again, have to have an employee rescan all my items! This is incredibly frustrating and I don't understand why I'm paying for the convenience of the scan and go if I can't actually scan and go. I get they have to make sure people aren't stealing but I've never stolen in my life, I spend way too much money in their store and app for them to continuously do this after they've verified my carts numerous times! I'm so over it.

So I've tried to buy car batteries here for the past few years every time they charge a core charge but say they can't take my core because nobody is here for that no matter what time I come in what's the reason they probably shouldn't charge a core if they want take them
