It was the clerk who gets all the great credit. However, my last few visits to CVS have not been without issues when using my CVS app for my shopping experience, it's not acknowledging my discounts at the register; I have to get assistance, login to app again, etc to process .

Came in here to drop off a package and staff was rude and not helpful at all. Needed a piece of tape for the label and was told id need to buy a roll of it since they dont provide it. ($8 for packing tape). Definitely won't be coming back here FOR ANYTHING.

SLOWEST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. YOU CAN NEVER GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. THE ONLY REASON I USE THE ONE I DO IS BECAUSE I WORK IN KENANSVILLE.

Just went in there this morning and asked the cashier if they had any large cans of formula and she ignored me and started ringing a tiny formula can and I asked again about the large can and she got mad and said so you don’t want this with an attitude and proceeded to say ‘’no that’s all we got is there anything else I can help you with’’ and left with such an attitude and just gave me a horrible look. Please be more respectful and polite I know not everyday is the best day but this attitude has got to go ma’am! I asked a simple question.

Several times when I have come to this CVS, there is staff standing outside vaping. They will continue standing outside when you enter the store, until you need help then you are supposed to squeeze a child’s toy to get their attention. OK if I’ve just walked inside the store to get something, I think it’s appropriate for the employee to come back inside as well and help that Customer. Not professional Or appropriate at all for any place of business, very inappropriate for a pharmacy to have people vaping at the front door as customers come in. You can never find anyone around when you need help. The pharmacy doesn’t return calls until the next day, and you can call several times and never get through and the only option you have is to leave a message or actually drive to the CVS, which is ridiculous. Came by today and The pharmacy states it’s open at 8, at 8:10, the doors were open and no one was to be found. I walked around the entire store, hollering “hello is anyone here?” Before seeing the office door and knocking on it. There was an employee in the office, Who then came out to help me. I understand that employees have other duties, but there should’ve been some way for me to let them know I was needing help. Or, better yet, hire enough employees that a customer doesn’t have to run around the store trying to search for the only one there.

Can't reach anyone on the phone!! I've called multiple times and have waited over 2 hours to talk to someone in the pharmacy, still no answer!!!!! When you get there and medicine is so called "ready" you have to wait another 30 plusminutes!!!!!!

Desperate for help.Not enough staff to serve the public.Today they were only doing drive thru with no notice or signs in store.Staff that are on the job are fabulous... They need more help!!!

They desperately need more staff. Forget calling. We were on hold for in excess of 20 minutes and NEVER did get anyone in the pharmacy to answer. My suggestion is find another drug store.

I've been coming to this location for more than a year, and based on my experience I believe it is justified to rate this location as 4-Star. First of all, the owner has failed to keep the facility updated with contemporary fixtures and all wear areas need attention. The computer systems are old and create unnecessary delays. The saving grace for this CVS is the employees. They all are the kindest, most attentive personnel you will find anywhere. Bravo to all the employees.

CVS always have all my prescriptions in stocks. Never any partial fills or waiting for a prescription because it was out of stock and had to be ordered.
