“Activating my j7 at the Warsaw store took forever because when It was sent to me the new UICC was not included. MYA, the store agent, was wonderful and so patient. After a few phone calls from her to the Help line, it was confirmed that the sim card already in the phone was not the new number as shown in the computer. After going back and forth The help desk changed the number in the computer to match the one in the replacement phone I received 2 days ago. Hopefully this is all the activation help this phone needs, it's been very frustrating. Again, Mya was so helpful and kind even though other customers were there needing help and the phone kept ringing.Patricia Graff 5.31.20”
