DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! First, the keypad is so messed up it’s impossible to get in. Second. I have it on auto pay to come out on the 5th. Never comes out of my account till the 6th. I called, texted on the 2nd to cancel. We had already moved out. On the 4th the money was taken out of my account. I got a call from them saying “they weren’t refunding my money because I didn’t give 24 hour notice” even though I did. They just never returned my call, text or work order until the 4th.
My elderly grandfather wanted to stop using this storage because he got trapped in the unit for hours because the keypad was so messed up. He had to wait till someone came and opened the gate.
I even asked if they’d pro rate it for the two days. They said no.
MONEY HUNGRY, TRASHY PLACE.

I just went today to check on my things and my unit is leaking and my stuff is getting damaged and I can't get anyone to pick up the phone the unit beside mine is empty and it's also leaking and the insulation is falling. There are patches on the inside so they have known about the problem somebody needs to get in touch with me asap

These people run a tight ship. There is no trash, no anything left around the site. Clean and so accommodating.
