They should really hire tellers who are more personable and can quickly do transactions. I was totally ignored today while nobody else was waiting. I was in the drive thru. Teller gave me a slip to fill out, then turned her back and didn't look up again for a good 10 minutes. (she was counting money and making copies.. instead of completing my transaction.) I was about to go inside, but thankfully another teller saw me and came over to help. The young lady who helped me is very nice, but overall it was a disappointing experience.

There's so much good to say about KS Bank. They make it so much easier to run our business. Wouldn't want to do it without them. They're always available and always helpful.

Love my local KS Bank in Kenly, NC. I was on vacation and was stuck in the airport trying to pick up my rental vehicle. Had so e issues because I woke up early and made so e online transactions to pay some online bills, had no idea that was going to cause me issues in the airport but after 2 plus hours in the airport, I had to wait for my Bank to open. That's when my day turned around, when I call my Bank I heard that familiar voice of Melissa Curry on the other end and after about 3 minutes on the phone with Melissa and the credit card company I was finally on my way to enjoy my vacation. Thanks to Melissa Curry and all the staff at KS Bank for taking care of your members. It was much appreciated!!!
