Awful customer service and the bathroom was not very clean.
The cashier was more worried about talking to her associates then helping out. After asking multiple times for assistance, she acted like I was there doing her a service and yelled at me.
Not coming back here ...

I really appreciate the song selection in this Pilot. I know it may seem minor to some, but it made me feel seen. The bathrooms are cleaned constantly. I went to the restroom twice within 2 hours and there was someone in there cleaning both times. They also greeted me every time I came in. If I had to nit-pick, the only thing that's keeping this Pilot from being one of the best truck stops in the country is the fact that Arby's is their restaurant. Otherwise, they are perfect.

Went in here for a shower around 1400 EST. I always scan my rewards card at the front desk and get my shower receipt on paper because Pilot and Flying J app sometimes glitches when it comes to showers which is a headache to try to fix. But if you get the receipt it makes things easier. Then I sat and waited for about 30 minutes and went to shower 1. It was clean and nice. The staff are pleasant although it seems they are understaffed and overworked which is nothing they can control. No salads for sale here but they had fresh fruit and the regular preheated affairs.
Just a regular Pilot truck stop. Nothing fancy. It gets the job done.

I’ll never shop at a pilot again ever for anything. I walked in looking to buy a power inverter and the young lady who is very pleasant did not point me to the right one. I bought one in error and when I went to buy the correct one. I was told that I can’t exchange it. And she showed me a written policy where it says that. But seriously pilot never again you’ll never get another nickel of my money. And I won’t use the language I want to because I want this review to go out.

The service is pathetic, I've been waiting here for 40 minutes, two shower stalls are empty and they haven't been able to clean them for 40 minutes, there are three cashiers at the cash register, you don't do anything, but I've been waiting for 40 minutes

It's the worst station in history. I reserve shower and there were 7 people waiting in front of me. I went back an hour and a half and there were still 7 people. No one came out and the employees did not move to handle the situation. We are truck drivers and we do not have time to wait 3 hours to shower. They must find a solution to these problems. You drivers, why this delay? Each person should shower for 30 minutes to help other drivers.

Worst Pilot I've been to, I'm a professional driver so that should tell you something. Waited two hours for a shower then the app glitched and started me over. The guy who was supposed to be cleaning showers was always outside smoking. The GM of these stores usually sets the mood for the hourly employees, you can tell a lot about management by the way the regular employees act. This place actually deserves negative stars but that isn't an option. Pilot as a whole has went down hill dramatically in the last year. Not just the showers but the customer service, the food, the waiting and the cleanliness has all plummeted. Flying J needs to have a meeting with the Pilot people if they are ran as separate entities and tell them to step up. Stop across the street, down the street or on down the interstate.

Super clean Bathrooms. Lots of parking even at night. Big Trucking area so dont worry about parking. Small Pilot but clean and friendly staff.

BE WARNED TO PREPAY IF ON A BUDGET. Stopped for gas on the 19th of November. It is now three days later, and the initial $50 deduction they take to turn on the pumps has yet to be returned. I would understand if they take $50 then charge your card the amount you get and refund the balance immediately. I was in a rush and got $10.11 in gas. Currently sitting with a 60.11 charge on my account. So not sure if they are trying to swindle me for $50 yet. If it goes from pending to complete with this amount will be sure to update the review, and dispute the charge. Hopefully the manager or owner can shed some light on this situation.
Update: The charge returned after 5 days in a pending status. I understand that they put a hold on your card sometimes, but the process should definitely be changed so that its either faster to refund or not do this at all.
