Extremely clean pumps, bathrooms and store as well as helpful and kind employees. We always stop here vs the super busy Kenly 95. If you stop by, make sure to look for the cats that live here. They're sweet and they enjoy treats.

They were extremely helpful. Considering I had my pilot card to be deactivated. Called customer service they told me I had not fueled in a year. But the funny thing is I fuel weekly. This is the 3rd time in 7 months this same thing has happened my other 4 trucks fuel weekly at pilot flying j. All I needed was a shower last fuel date was Friday 18 july2025 at 330pm. After dealing with customer service yet again i emailed my drivers that pilot flying j was to nolonger be used for fuel we will now only use loves and a few smaller truckstop chains like Casey's speedwayand qt pilot flying j is now only in an emergency The lady at fuel desk was amazing so my decision is due to the issues i have had with loyalty card services. The shower and store were clean. The 5 stars were for this location and not their corporate doing great work but for the employees who made my bad situation better. Thank you to the staff here.

Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff parking under shade trees. Overnight parking allowed. You can get away from the bright lights if you want to. Thank you, flying j

Ok place BUT please come on Flying J have some decent food 24hrs a day. At least microwaveable sandwiches.

Gas station for regular vehicles let's a lot to desire, I ended up going across the bridge ti pit gasoline, same chain pilot but more user friendly pumps

Shout out to Will at the this flying j in kenley NC. Showers where clean spotless. Not to mention I locked my keys in my truck at 1am and Will came out to help me he actually was a great help I would of been out there for 3 hours . We got her open in about 30 minutes. I'm greatful for Will he saved my day thanks again buddy

A little before 8pm. No restaurant, no hot food other than 2 burgers, 2 old looking corn dogs and 6 terribly dry old wings. No pizzas. They were shutting down the food. Terrible a driver can't get any food after a long day on the road. Tons of drivers still coming in this time of night also.

Stopped for fuel. This is the location that is closest to n/b lanes on I-95. There is anotjer locatioon closer to the s/b lanes. Drive a 32 foot Class C motorhome and TOAD. There are RV specific fuel lanes, along with a dump station and propane. The store or organized and staff friendly. The bathrooms were clean!
