Tonight my car stalled on the highway and I got it towed to this AutoZone not knowing what was wrong or what to do since the all the local repair shops were closed. I was having issues with my car this whole weekend being told different things by different mechanics prior and the man who towed my car was incredibly rude and condescending to me for no reason at all; so when I got there I was so frustrated I broke into tears. JASON, WAYNE, and “TINY” from TINYS MOBILE AUTO came together to help me a great deal with kindness. “TINY” had his own situation where his own car broke down up the road but he came to help me figure out the problem with mines and without asking anything in return. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and attentiveness to my situation. Please support TINYS MOBILE AUTO, I’ve had multiple mechanics come to “help” these past few days but he was the only one to actually took time to figure out the problem, reassure me in my distress, and was not rude to me through it all. Kindness seems to be a dying art nowadays, it takes someone extraordinary to choose it still. THANK YOU!

The man at the front desk (Rob S) was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked for assistance locating something and he made it clear with his actions I inconvenienced him by asking. He was extremely rude, short and unpleasant to work with.

So it was later today on a Sunday, I was doing some work on my lawn mower and I usually go to O’Reillys for my odds and ends for really anything that is mechanical. Well autozone is open and I decided to stop. The belt I had gotten at Lowe’s was 3 inches to small and they were closed. A guy names Jason H helped me and man I’ll be honest he was awful. I get a bad day, a late night, or a retirement job but this guy and the guy beside him were on the phones hard playing games. Asked him for a 1/2 in by 85 in belt. He brought me a 79 in and an 82 in. After I said I have tried the 82 in and it’s to short he grabbed them walked to the back and said well I don’t carry lawn mower parts this is a car parts store. Great customer service skills, I could have gotten a more helpful person at Walmart so you know what I mean. This company probably will never read this or care but go to businesses that care about you more this one does. Jason I hope you treat your grand kids and loved ones better than you treat your customers.

To whom it may concern:My name is Terry Manis. Cass is my daughter. for some reason my name won't pop up. Anyway, I bought a battery from this auto zone on 27 May 2022. I pulled it out of my camper because it was drained. This was a week ago. Tried to charge it with a charger I had but it was not working correctly. So, I bought a new charger to make sure it wasn't my old charger not working. It didn't seem to be working. I tried to charge it for 3 days, but the charger kept shutting down on a fault. So, I called auto zone on the 29th of may 2023. Just 2 days out of warranty, because I want to make sure something is bad. The told me that they would not cover it. Thankfully I bought the new charger somewhere else. Needless to say, I won't be buying a new battery from this place. I just moved here a couple of years ago. I'm finding it to be a problem to find places here to work on auto's, campers, and now parts. Thanks for being patient I have found a good mechanic for my cars and camper. I will have to keep looking for a good part store. All I can say is to be careful out there. I have lost some money in my quest for good service.Thanks, and have a great day.

These guys were great Charles, Jason and Andrew. Saved me. I was 2 hours from home and my starter went out these guys pulled the part along with a tool kit and brought it to me. Made sure I was good to go. Even saved my receipt for the core so I didn't loose it. Great guys.

just went out there to get some wipers and a steering wheel cover. service was exemplary. had what i needed for decent price. the sales guy even put on my wipers. best place for car parts!
