My parents have been coming here for YEARS and they are AMAZING as always, just last week we took our truck down here as we were hearing a weird clicking noise and turns out some valve or something came off and they just popped it back on and didn’t even charge us, and this isn’t the first time as we’ve had plenty of issues that were nothing extensive or very simple fixes and hardly cost us anything or nothing at all so I would highly recommend coming here!!!

I have been getting my oil changed here for about 2 years now. Never really any issues, pretty straight forward stop in after work and get my oil changed when it’s due and tires rotated. I have also purchased my tires from here. A few days ago I stopped in after work to get my usual oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 4:48 pm. After requesting an oil change and tire rotation I was told they probably can’t do it today. He proceeded to tell me that they close at 5:00 every day. Although the front door and their website say 5:30 he said it only says that so customers know they can pick up their cars until 5:30 but they close up shop at 5. There was no one waiting and no cars in the bays either. I usually don’t like to be that person to show up last minute but I work until 4:30 in Winston and I know they don’t take appointments, but normally I am out of there within 30 minutes and since no one was there thought I had time before closing. I am a huge advocate for supporting small business but I will no longer be giving them my business. I would also like to add that the two guys that are always at the front desk when you come in (the website has one of them listed as manager and part owner) are less than welcoming when you walk in the front door, mostly giving the feel that you are annoying them even walking through the door.

I’ve been coming here for 30 years and I’ve never had the impression that they’re overcharging or taking advantage of me. Also, they never try to “upsell” to me.

Today I got run off the road by someone texting and driving. Popped my tire . I was stranded on the side of the road.I wasn't getting anywhere with roadside assistance. I was having trouble getting the lug nuts off of my tire because they were aluminum ,and had swollen so couldn't get the tire iron on them in order to get the donut on to get it to a tire shop ,and have it replaced. Not to mention I had to pick my daughter up from preschool in a couple of hours. So luckily I called Beroth Tire and automotive. They had the size tire I needed and I asked if they had a tow truck. He said that he didn't and I explained my situation with the lug nuts and how I didn't have anyone to help me. And they sent over two mechanics in their worktruck.They came over and helped me get the lug nuts off of my car. And even took the tire back to their shop replaced.It brought it back and installed it on my car. Granted when them coming out to help me is not a regular service that is offered at their shop. But a kindness out of the goodness of their heart. I am so grateful to them for helping me out. Not to mention the prices were very decent. I would definitely recommend Beroth Tire and automotive to anyone . Great people great service. Sincerely one grateful customer!!!
