I would give a 0 rating if I could. Definitely take your car anywhere else, the diagnostic was $200 and that is a flat fee, if you take your car here be aware that, that is the cost. completely ripped me off. They said I needed a total of $3100 worth of work done to my car. All I neeeded was front brake pads and an oil change that fixed my issue of my car, I got an amazing mechanic to do it for $200 if you would like his info let me know!

I took my car in because I thought the transmission was going out and was barely able to even make it there. Dillon was able to quickly figure it out that it was just a simple, quick fix. He diagnosed it, ran to the auto parts store to pick up the small part needed, and had it fixed all in an hour. I couldn't of asked for better service and will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

could not get past first phone call. the person that answered the call wasn't open to questions. i did not understand the pricing set up and asked questions about doing diagnostic and adding to the repair cost.the guy hung up the phone as he said he wasn't going to take this car...engine work on a Jaguar.

I took my Volkswagen here and was greeted with the upmost respect from the start. They told me they would work on the car in the morning and that's exactly what they did. Within 1 day and a half I had my car back in excellent condition. They never left me feeling uneasy or confused about what was going on. I would highly recommend this location if you want your vehicle to be handled respectfully.

The service here was great, the owner was very friendly. Even though they were unable to fix my car due to the required part for my older vehicle being out of stock, they recommended me to another business that would be able to help.

Looks as though they edit reviews. I took BMW X3 in and had $3800.00 est. They left 4" of water in my battery compartment to leave for me approving eat. They would have got business if they would have done a easy water removal.

Whatever you do go somewhere else, I made the mistake of getting new brake pads and rotors here, $1850, little did I know it's only supposed to be about $800, I got totally ripped off, and they did nothing to remedy this. Terrible experience!

From my first phone call speaking with Stuart right up until the completion of the work this was the most professional experience with a repair facility that I have ever had. They go out of their way to keep you informed about what is going on with your vehicle and really care about their customers. We just moved to North Carolina and could not have found a better facility to care for our Mercedes ! We are customers for life!!

I am very disappointed with my visit and experience. When I would power on my stereo system/dashboard system, it would power on and then cut off. It appeared to me that there was some type of wiring short or communication loss. When I called, I was told it would be a $195.00 diagnostic fee. I scheduled the appointment and before they started any work, I asked if they thought it was something they could fix. The service guy told me and I quote: "anything is fixable". Well I left my vehicle and got a call that that I would need to pay an additional $400 for an another diagnostic fee, which would have totaled $595. I was also told, that there was no guarantee that they could determine the problem. I felt like they should have told me UPFRONT that there was a possibility of an additional diagnostic fee. Furthermore, experience technicians should have been able to determine the problem up front. When I questioned the technician about if I paid the additional funds, how likely would it be that I could have my car fixed and he said "I don't know". I told them to suspend an additional diagnostic and that I would just get my car. Upon arrival, they took my payment and just handed me my keys. No thank you for your business or nothing. I left with no direction on how to get my car fixed. It appeared that customer satisfaction was not the goal but rather just getting as much money as they could from a customer. TOTALLY DISATISFIED!
