While my provider there has always been great, I am having a terrible time with their billing folks. After spending the over 2 hours on the phone with my insurance company they told me that the issue was that it looked like I had another insurance company as well as them... This was driven by the way Cone sent in the claim as they had not removed my old insurance. The insurance told me to simply have cone resubmit the claim and it would go through just fine. They are refusing to do this, and tell me to call the insurance company. Katrisha H. has given me a terrible customer experience via chat. At this point I am actually considering changing providers, even though I like Dr. Mathews, just because of this experience and never using Cone again. Is this really how they take care of their clients? This is not the culture that I wish to support.

Recently we had to come to this location. Tara took such great care of my spouse and I while be treated. Her personality was enjoyable and courteous. She was very respectful and trustworthy. Thank you for everything you have done.

If I could leave zero stars I would today was at the first issue I had with this urgent care let alone the terrible experience I went through. I’m sharing today as a warning to others. I had a severe seizure around 7 PM so I was trying to get to the urgent care Before they close, I may be five minutes away from the urgent care. It’s around 7:20 PM at this time and Dr. Nelson calls me to let me know after she was informed that I had a serious seizure and I wanted to be a evaluated just to make sure because I had a headache After my seizure So Dr. Nelson tells me she had been there 12 hours today and she would be giving me an abbreviated appointment due to Closing at eight I informed her as well that I would be arriving at exactly 730 so there would be plenty of time to at least evaluate if it was that serious so I could get to the emergency room if needed. The emergency room told me that you are not allowed to be turned away medically from anywhere. I also would like to mention I do have insurance so it was not an insurance issue either. It was simply because she was tired and wanted to go home. I will be following up with a corporate office along with possible, legal action due to the negligence that I received.

Dr T is by far the best physician I have ever had. As a provider myself, I have a much more critical eye and to show the care, empathy and compassion that he does takes finesse. His bedside manner is impeccable. He is on time for his appointments, gives you the time and attention required, and most importantly makes you feel better. I would recommend him a thousand times over, ten stars if possible.

Sent to this location for x-rays and a CT scan if needed. Everything was fine until I saw the doctor who read the x rays. Completely dismissive, seemed surprised I was in pain despite the fact that I’d told him several times and the fact I was *literally sent there for x rays due to chest pain.* This is what passes for a doctor at this place, I guess.He then stated that I do need a CT scan, but he wouldn’t do one (although they have the equipment) and to go to an ER. When I asked what I should do for the pain, he said to take Tylenol.When I got the notes from the visit, everything was incorrect: my age, the duration of the issue, and his advice to get a CT scan done was omitted even though he’d stated he’d update my chart to include it.Apparently I forgot how terrible Cone Health is. I won’t be making that mistake again.
