Service department is terrible. They lack communication, and customer service skills. They've had my car for 4 weeks now, and I still don't have it back. The manager of the service department is also no help in resolving issues, and instead places the blame on others.

Wanted to have car transferred from another location that was much closer to us to pick up. They wouldn't honor the deal from the other location. The car was damaged at the other dealership, and they wanted us to pay almost $900 to have it fixed plus pay the full retail price! Yeah don't think so.

Service dept. continues to get better. They always do a good job and continue to get the job done quicker everytime I go. I am always welcomed by name with a friendly smile.
