I love CVS especially this store. Get the app and pay the extra care $5 a month get $10 coupon. I’m constantly getting coupons. Today my bill was $40 and walked out paying $17! Pharmacy gets bad reviews but they work hard and are serving clients as quickly as they can, give them a break! Very pleased there.

Worst pharmacy ever. Staffs have nasty attitude from manager down to regular techs. Piece of advice if y’all hate your jobs that much please quit & go do something else rather than public service. Embarrassing.

CVS is not what it used to be. The pharmacy service is so bad. My doctor sends prescriptions for regular name brand meds and of course everything is Generic with them. Some meds have a difference with quality and potency. Thyroid medication is one example, but they purchase the most cheapest products and if you don't ask, you won't know. CVS used to be number one, but even the pharmacy outstanding customer service is gone.

Love store manager, but worst pharmacy ever. Female pharmacist is rude to everyone including the elderly. I've been a customer for >35 years & am seriously considering moving our many RXs to Wallburg or Wal-Mart. They spend more time on finding ways to not fill an RX instead of filling it.

Pharmacy is so slow and always a line. Today it took 35 minutes of waiting in store after it was called in by the Doc. And that was after they put a rush on it. Currently 3 in line waiting.

If I could give a zero I would. Worst customer service. They never answer the phone. The people in the pharmacy don’t ever get in a hurry and ignore customers. They do not notify you if a medication is out of stock. I had to call days after calling it in to find out they didn’t have it. I am signed up for text messages that only work half the time. I tried to understand why I was not notified and tried to transfer to another CVS and the girl hung up on me.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They don’t answer the phone, they are always out of everything and there is no communication with their patients. There is a horrible Pharmacy Tech whowas so rude to an elderly customer and I had to step in. The store manager is very sweet. I will go there to pick up needed items but never again for a prescription.

I went here for COVID testing through the drive-thru and waited for 30 minutes. The individual running the drive-thru was rude and didn’t explain at all how to do the test and then my results came back as insufficient sample. Highly recommend going somewhere else for testing.

If you care about the quality of care you receive or you're in a hurry, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The dirty looks you get from the obviously miserable staff in the pharmacy just isn't worth the convenient location. I'll be driving out of my way to a different location from now on--onsidering I waited at the window for 20 minutes, I'd probably get my stuff faster that way, anyhow.
