Came in without an appointment; the line wasn't bad. Although short staffed, they still managed to get us in on a Friday while maintaining a positive attitude. The staff here do their best and I appreciate that they remain pleasant, even when people coming in are not.

I got my drivers license today upon a walk in, I did not make an appointment, and I did have to wait 2 1/2 hours. The staff was very friendly, obviously in a good mood. My driving examiner was excellent, he was clear and concise in his instructions, and his silly manner took the edge off my nervousness.

Their check-in system is so efficient and the employees were very helpful and polite. This is a hard job to have and they were very patient with two out-of-staters with lots of questions. Thank you!
