“Looking forward to going back here! I personally had a great experience at this office. All of the staff from the front desk workers, nurses, lab staff, and providers were great. I saw Rowanty Campbell, and I’m really grateful for her and her nurse who both took the time to listen and truly made me feel heard about my concerns. I’m a young person who’s healthy on paper but had some health scares come up and was a little worried no one would take me seriously. Both the nurse and the doctor listened intently and asked questions and seemed to genuinely care to help me figure this out. I am really appreciative.
I read some of the negative reviews when searching for an office, but didn’t have any of those negative experiences myself. I was a bit nervous because some reviews from a couple years ago mention them rushing appointments or people having to wait long for bloodwork… but personally I felt like they spent more time than I would’ve expected listening to my concerns and hearing me out.
In terms of waiting for bloodwork… I waited maybe 15 mins tops which I think is pretty dang reasonable considering you don’t have to drive anywhere else or take another day off work to schedule bloodwork out of office. So the bit of wait seemed totally reasonable given that they gave me bloodwork just on a dime without any appointment!
As an out of towner who felt overwhelmed about finding a new provider down south, I’m very grateful I ended up going here!”
“Ryan, the provider, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He addressed my needs and offered helpful recommendations for the future. The nurse was also welcoming and attentive, and the receptionist was prompt and friendly. The highlight of the visit was the woman who took my blood—she was exceptionally kind and efficient.”
