No wonder this place is never busy! This place charges way more money than the other FastMeds for the exact same service and when I confronted them about it they didn’t have any explanation for it. My guess is that someone is pocketing the extra money. Crooks!

My daughter had to get a TB skin test for school. The front desk girl was very sweet and the nurse who did the test was sweet also, the problem was when my daughter came back to get her skin test read she had to wait 45-min to one hour just to have her skin test read. Like they told us they close at 4pm on Fridays so my daughter would have to leave school early to get her skin test read to be there by four. My daughter did that and had to wait FOREVER just for her skin test to be read. It literally took 5 seconds at best! If you don’t mind wasting time come here.

Everything was great. I would have preferred the dr write the prescription for my daughter, instead of advising me to get it over the counter because her insurance would have covered the prescription, but i forgot to say i wanted a prescription so i ended up paying for it out of pocket when i was all ready very tight financially. It's probably my fault for not asking for the rx, but it would have been great if it was suggested.

Got to facility at 530pm and they refused to see me although they closed at 6pm. I walked in and they all looked upset to see a patient walk in. I was always told do your job until it's time to clock out

I went in for a physical and TB test. Everyone was very nice and very professional. They were not slow at their job. They did what they had to do in a respectful way. Overall it was a great experience.

What a great staff!!They were so very nice and efficient.From the front desk to the PA, it was a great experience. A far cry from the normal you would usually find at an urgent care facility. Well done everyone.

I had a great experience here. There are 3 FastMeds near me but this one had the best times for me so I came here. It’s almost a half an hour away but I’ll come here from now on. Tamra and Duchess were kind and thorough and took their time.

Waste of time reserving a time slot, and they're 100 dollars higher than their competition if you don't have health insurance. I waited from my appointed time until I was late for work and never got seen. I got my money back and left.

My husband had to do a urinalysis for his job and was sent here. The office ladies there, Kim, Sahar, Duchess & Evelyn were all top notch and very professional!! They got him in and out in a timely manner!! We definitely give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for going above and beyond the call of duty!!!

Got there at 5:30 for basic physical and no one was waiting. They refused service even though they didn’t close till 6. I would understand if it had been 5:50 or close to 6. If you won’t service patients after 5:30 then please advertise so people don’t drive 30 minutes to be turned away.
