Terrible service. Sent my package to a complete different state. Why pay for shipping when the carrier can’t hold up their end of the contract? Seems like reading isn’t a job requirement these days. Yall should be fired and put out of business, as the reviews show how terrible your service is.

My package was supposed to be delivered by today just said on its way and never arrived .tracking status was never updated. and couldn’t get a hold of anybody with customer service. Terrible service

Horrible service for anything over 50 pounds. They say they will deliver but never do. Four times was sent attempted delivery and the four times they never showed. We have cameras that would show proof. When you try to call to ask whats going on you never get to speak to an actual person. I now understand why people always complaining about FedEx.

We live in Lowgap. The driver absolutely sux. We had 2 chairs that were supposed to be del 2/15....he put "business closed." Not a business....on 2/16 pkgs NOT loaded on truck...maybe Saturday they say..called resolution person 3 times. Driver falsified records, never made attempt...FedEx ground SUCKS. It says no signature required...why were they not left like all the other pkgs he leaves at end of driveway? Or on top of common area mailboxes or anywhere he wants....they are all "contractors" so they really don't care....did I say Fedex sux....the pic is a pkg he left on clubhouse railing, outside in rain...we find pkgs all over the place.

Went to drop off a prepared package to ship. Went inside and just had a security guard and metal detectors. Security guard was clueless, couldn’t tell me where I could drop off the package. Ended up not getting any help and just left. Never had an issue like this going to UPS.

Delivery date changed 3 times with package sitting in Kernersville location. Called customer service to inquire and the IVR system will not connect me to a representative and disconnects the call. IS this the new standard for customer service?

Had a special event that I needed to present some awards at and the package is someone how "lost" at this location. I paid over $100 in shipping to have this in time.

Fedex keeps messing up my deliveries, the latest one they claimed I wasn't home however I was, I have a driveway alarm (that never went off) and security cameras that never showed them arriving. IF you want to call and complain, it is almost impossible, if you ask for a representative like most companies, they will eventually just hang up on you. The keyword to talk to a person is say "complaint". I finally talked to a real person after 5 attempts.

Fedex used to be the premium shipping, they are horrible, customer service is non existent. I can't even get a real person on the phone. I have two had two packages over the past year that went to the wrong house (wasn't even on the same street), I received someone elses package (a different street again) and now they claim that they tried to deliver something that required a signature but no one answered. It is complete lies and I can't even call them to complain. I have driveway alarms and security cameras, they never came to my house.
