“I’m very new to working out and going to the gym (Yesterday (Tuesday) being my first night at the gym) I have no clue what I am doing. Nobody has really helped me until I walked into GNC today. A guy named Chris, helped me the absolute best! He explained everything into detail and broke down what he was saying to where I could understand what he was talking about. He even told me the best machine(s) to use for what my goals are. He knows his stuff for sure because he answered every single question I had without hesitation. He pointed me towards the necessities I needed to start out with and really made the experience amazing. I usually am very self conscious in talking about my weight/goals but he made it very comfortable to talk about those things. He didn’t judge, didn’t slough me off for various reasons other people do. He took me serious and really helped me out more than anyone has before. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to talk to about these things with. Chris is the absolute best and will definitely be returning when I’m ready for more!!!”
