Horrible service and horrible manager! I placed an online order for delivery. Waiting for my sandwich and 35 minutes go by and no knock on the door or anything so and hungry. I call the store and ask about my order and they tell me oh it’s leaving now. I say that nevermind I just want a refund and I’ll go somewhere else. Shirley the manager responds to me and say she won’t give me a refund because the driver is on the road handing out orders. I stay 5 mins down the road and it’s been almost 45 mins at this point and still haven’t received anything. Shirley is adamant about not giving me my money back and tells me to just wait. I say that I’ve never had a problem before requesting a refund especially when I didn’t receive any food. Shirley tells me again she won’t give me my money back and tells me just to wait and condescendingly tells me she’ll just give me a credit instead. I am fuming avoid this place at all costs

I’m not a Karen by any means but the last two times my fiancé and I ate from here we have gotten food poisoning…really bad. And I saw another review saying the employees were sitting on the counter where food is prepared and it makes perfect sense why we would get sick eating here. Definitely recommend the employees learning the basics of personal hygiene and cross contamination. I love jimmy John’s but I will never eat from this specific store again.

Food itself was fine. Only 1 gentleman actually working, the other females were buried in their phones and acted bothered when we walked in. Once order was received both females sat on the countertops where food is prepped until more customers came in.No tables were clean, food and trash all over the floor. All the time they spend on the phones and the place looks like trash. Poor management! This was lunchtime 2/9.

Food ok, Buns are too hard. When you bite into the sub bread, everything falls out cause bread is too hard.

10/23 - 2 short curly black hairs in my wife’s sandwich. That’s what she found halfway through eating it. Not sure if there was more. We immediately threw it away. Unsanitary.

Do better. Please. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a mobile order when you’re saying is “freaky fast”. And yes, I was outside the store so I know it wasn’t busy. If you are going to take away curbside on the app then please stop advertising for it. I have a baby and planned on curbside but was not allowed and had to take her inside while five employees are just standing in there doing nothing. I understand if you don’t want to offer it anymore but please have accurate posters on the storefront. The quality has gone downhill so much lately. Guess I’ll just buy some day old bread on occasion and make my own sandwiches.

Fast and good food. Friendly staff. I use the app to order and it is always done right when I pick it up. Can't ask for more. Bbq chips are awesome!

Amazing. Loved it. The store was spotless. Service was quick. I live an hour away, so I was very excited to have my favorite sandwich.The only problem was the girl cutting sandwiches used the same knife to cut a tuna sandwhich that was before our order. So my turkey Tom and bfs sandwich had a very fishy taste to it which wasn't pleasant as we don't like fish.Maybe use a separate knife??It won't keep me from returning, but I'll be remembering to watch out next time
