First class dealership and buying experience!Frankie is not only knowledgeable and a generally great person, but he is honest and fair to deal with.Don processed our paperwork very quickly and was equally a great person.Vehicles were very clean, full of fuel and they offered to go over every function and feature. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from Frankie and Kernersville Dodge and suggest you give them a chance to wow you too!

I had an amazing experience here. Jacob got me a great car in excellent condition and was kind, honest, and helpful. I came in with a pre-approval and Eddie from the finance department was able to get me an even better deal than the pre-approval I came in with. I was nervous as a young woman going to buy a car on my own for the first time, but they made the process quick, painless, and easy! I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Buyer beware! We recently purchased a used GMC Denali from this dealership and it's been one of the worst car buying experiences we've had in a long time. After finding the vehicle we wanted via the web I reached out to the dealership to check availability and get some details. I informed the dealership we live 3 hrs away and I wanted to take care of as much as possible remotely, and most importantly, no surprises! It started off great. We then agreed on price, trade in, and date/time my wife would make the trip to finalize the purchase. I informed the sales representative that with two small children at home and the four businesses we operate this needed to go quickly and smoothly. We sent all the relevant information so the paperwork would be ready to go, just a quick test drive and some signatures and out the door. We were assured they do this type of sale all the time and would be ready to rock and roll when she arrived.Well that was complete BS! When she arrived the vehicle was nowhere to be found. The sales rep had nothing ready. The stalled and spun wheels for a while until my wife finally walked out! The rep called me asking where she went and informed me the vehicle was ready. I called my wife and talked her into going back. They finally produced a vehicle. The test drive went ok but my wife was a little confused on why I sent her to look at this vehicle. I really didn't understand why and she trusted I wasn't leading her astray. She started the paperwork that wasn't even close to prepared mind you when the rep informed her that they actually just received the vehicle and it would need to go back to service before she could take ownership. Next , they informed her that it likely would not be ready that day and she would need to come back or have it delivered! WTF!They agreed to transport the vehicle to us at no charge and my wife could drive the trade in home. The vehicle shows up a few days later and I receive the vehicle. Do the walk around and sign the paperwork. My wife sees the vehicle and the first thing out of her mouth was that's definitely not the vehicle I test drove! I told her it was definitely the vehicle I was looking at online and the vehicle the walk around video showed. I was now starting to understand why my wife was so confused I sent her to look at "this" vehicle. The vehicle she drove was not a Denali, had big tear in the passenger seat, and the interior was different. This is our 3rd Denali Yukon XL so she has a pretty good idea what she's looking at. The good news is the vehicle they delivered was the one we wanted so I chalked it up to an idiot sales rep. Other than the smell of air freshener crap they pump into these used cars we were happy. We took it to our local gmc dealership to get it checked out from top to bottom. Mostly ok other than a parking assist sensor that was bad and threw a code. Another shady move was these jack wagons clearing the codes before delivering the vehicle. The repair was around $800 but hey no worries, we had a 3 month/3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership we purchased from right!? We picked up the vehicle from service and the air freshener smell was starting to subside and an even worse smell started revealing itself, cigarette smoke! Like chain smoking with the windows up kind of smell!!! My wife instantly starts getting headaches and our two children are complaining nonstop. Now I'm livid! My wife immediately starts calling the dealership but she can't get a return phone call to save her life. I finally call and guess what... they immediately get back to me trying to solve the problems. Apparently they only work with men? After explaining everything to Chase he very politely informed me my wife was an idiot and there's no way she drove a different vehicle. My wife owns and operates 3 restaurants, a retail store and a property management company just to be clear, definitely not an idiot! Chase offered to pay for a portion of the repair and made no excuses for anything. It is what i

The "Service" department does not seem to understand what Service means. They were rude and attentive to my questions. I was completely made to feel I was bothering them on two different visits.

We have now purchased two used cars from this location over the last 10 years. One a Honda Civic and then a Dodge Grand Caravan three kids later. Both cars have had zero big issues thankfully and the process of arriving, picking a car, test driving and doing all the paper work has been decently quick considering what all has to be done. The floor salesman's that have helped us have been super friendly, even with our 3 kids being stir crazy and impatient after sitting for so long.

You have to pay a $500 deposit to ensure the dealership does not sell the vehicle prior to delivery, that is not explained upfront... Also, when my vehicle was delivered the key for the locking lug could not be located in the vehicle and the cup holder insert was missing. I have contacted the dealership three times, and this has not been rectified. I am unable to change a tire that has a screw in it...really frustrated with the situation. I would not do business with them again!

Grasshoppers and Liars...Rimrock Lake Washington is located in the beautiful Cascade Mountains. My grandfather owned a cabin there. As youngsters, every summer my little brother and I would spend several weeks to a month visiting him in Yakima, and we always spent a night or two at the lake cabin. I have wonderful memories of those times. After purchasing a Ram 2500 with Cummins from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, they repeatedly reached out to me asking that I write a review of my purchase experience. After much thought and recollection of those summers with my grandfather, I decided I would grant their request. As I drove away in my new pickup, memories of those summers occupied much of my thinking. Particularly those about grasshoppers. Yes, grasshoppers. Someone might think, "Grasshoppers? What on earth does that have to do with a dealership?" Let me explain. My grandfather was close friends with Senator Warren Magnuson, Democrat-Washington State, sponsor of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Every year, they went on a fishing vacation to Rimrock Lake. My grandfather's favorite bait was grasshoppers, and I still have some of his old specially designed hooks I keep for nostalgic purposes. Each summer, my grandfather would pay my little brother and me a nickel for every grasshopper we caught for their annual trip. It would have been much cheaper for him to buy the grasshoppers from a bait shop, but he knew we had candy needs and those nickels kept us supplied. It's not just that I was familiar with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act before sitting down with the Kernersville Chrysler Dodge finance person--my father and grandfather often spoke of their relationship with its author. When I entered the finance office with a check to pay for my new pickup, I planned on writing another to purchase an extended warranty. He explained there were two extended warranties to choose from, the Mopar and another brand. He was really pushing the latter, claiming certain advantages over the Mopar warranty. I got the feeling he would score a larger commission from that one, and in trying to sell me on it, he spoke against the Mopar warranty by saying,"The Mopar warranty requires that all oil changes and other maintenance be performed by a Dodge/Ram dealer, otherwise it voids the warranty."He didn't know about the grasshoppers.I was a little stunned when he said that to me. One thing the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act does is make it illegal for an automotive dealer to deny warranty coverage just because routine maintenance or repairs were performed by another person or business. Yet, this person looked me straight in the eyes and lied when they knew it was not the truth, and I can only guess that they did so for more commission. It was a bald-faced lie, and it made me angry. After I paid for my new pickup, I left that office without buying either warranty plan--they got no extra commission from me, nor will any other individual at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge ever get one again. It's a shame I had to drive away upset. Why should I have to deal with a flimflam person while spending the same amount of money that my first home cost me? The hubristic manner in which they asserted this lie was especially irritating. One must wonder how much a lie like that sells for. $50? $100? $200? How much extra commission does a finance person have to get before they lie to a customer who assumes they are dealing with an honest businessperson?I am a Pipeliner. While writing this, I am parked in a row of other diesel pickups. Kernersville Chrysler Dodge is not the only super dealer in the country and as Pipeliners we often travel from coast to coast, and trust me, we talk; the word gets out. We put many miles on our trucks in a relatively short amount of time, and we constantly exchange ideas and information about our vehicles, not just because we are interested. Our trucks are part of our livelihood.I do not recommend this dealer. They are dishonest. Additionally, I had a horrible time getting my vehicle registered in my home state,

I'd leave zero stars if possible. We bought a 2500 ram in 2017 brand new, extended warranty, etc. In 2022 there was a sensor for the ABS that needed to be replaced as well as the DEF system. Because I'm a female and called the parts department to see if they had the sensor we needed in stock, he argued with me telling me there was "no such thing" and then proceeded to forward me to their "master mechanic" of whom agreed with me that there was a part. Then I'm out back on hold for the parts department, the same guy answers and tells me the SAME thing that it's "not a thing". So we schedule an appt for the DEF system to be replaced, and fix the sensor ourselves. The DEF system was replaced under warranty but they then proceeded to reset our fuel filters so we would "void warranty" the next time we needed to bring it in. I called and complained, was supposed to get a call back and never did. Then this week I go to trade in my SUV for another used SUV. They quoted me $1000, I politely declined and went elsewhere. The dealership I went to today and SIGNED PAPERS on, gave me $3000 for my SUV. They definitely have poor bedside manner and try to give screw you over on your trade ins. Definitely do not recommend trading in a vehicle or having a vehicle serviced here.

I bought a jeep on April 14, 2023 from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I have been sending emails to Mary Badgett about not receiving my license plate. She does respond that she will check on it, but that is it, no follow-up and still no license plates. My temporary tag expired on May 14. I guess I am going to have to take off work and go personally to the dealership to see if I can find someone who can help me.

Overall, my recommendation would be to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. Seriously, run.I have purchased ~8 vehicles in my life and never had a worse experience in doing so than I did with this dealership. Only two positives occurred so I do want to highlight those. 1. I did end up purchasing a used vehicle and two months later I do like the vehicle itself. 2. Vanessa, the salesperson who worked with me, really seemed invested in me ending up with a vehicle I wanted when I was 100% ready to walk. For the cons:1. Many of the vehicles I was initially interested in were overpriced with no room for negotiation, several had damage that the dealership could have easily fixed, and nearly every car was dirty, like nasty for no reason. It speaks to the dealership in general though as I learned. 2. I had received pre-approval through Capital One, and I am so grateful I did as the dealership quoted me their "lowest" interest rate at double what I had. Fortunately they were required to honor the pre-approval interest rate.3.They lost the title to my trade in which I hand delivered to them. And then they didn't communicate that with me at all. After 30 days and I had not yet received my registration in the mail, I started calling them with no response until I went in person. Staff in the title department clearly have never received customer service training or any training for that matter. This resulted in my car insurance appearing to lapse, many wasted phone calls and more in-person visits to try and have the matter resolved, etc. The lack of accountability on the part of the dealership was by far the most unprofessional and frustrating aspect of this experience. 4.The manager finally rectified their error with the "lapsed" insurance, but I still never received my registration card which I then had to purchase a duplicate at personal cost.I would like to think all interaction with this dealership is now done. I, of course, would never take my vehicle to be serviced here or for any other reason and will continue to warn as many as I can to look elsewhere when car shopping.

The general manager APRIL MABE will sell them out from underneath you even when a deposit has been given. Crooked way to operate a business. The salesman, top notch! HOWEVER, I am from another state so I paid a man to go inspect it in person for me the day prior. The general manager April Mabe agreed to the price we settled at. I called within 20 minutes and I put down a deposit which they said would hold it so I was booking a flight for the next morning to be there in less than 24 hours. They called back later after I gave my deposit, and said they are selling the truck to the person that came in and test drove it after I put down my deposit...... Crooked!!!! I discussed it with the General Manager, I asked why and how and why they would do that, and asked her what she was going to do about it. Her response: "Im not going to do anything about it. He is here." with a 12 year old snotty attitude when I had given none towards her even after all of this had happened. She knew the deposit was made prior to hold it and was told its sold to me. I asked if that is how they operate, and she said yes, because "he is on the floor" regardless of a deposit prior. So, plan on your deposits and their word meaning nothing.
