Sales rep Clint was great and more than accommodating! My husband and I were interested in a used Toyota Highlander they had on the lot but it was just outside of our price range after taxes, tag, and title. After speaking with several managers over a 2 day period, Clint was able to give us the price we needed to take it home! We're more than greatful and absolutely love the SUV! Thank you Clint and team - highly recommend these guys!

Buyer beware! We recently purchased a used GMC Denali from this dealership and it's been one of the worst car buying experiences we've had in a long time. After finding the vehicle we wanted via the web I reached out to the dealership to check availability and get some details. I informed the dealership we live 3 hrs away and I wanted to take care of as much as possible remotely, and most importantly, no surprises! It started off great. We then agreed on price, trade in, and date/time my wife would make the trip to finalize the purchase. I informed the sales representative that with two small children at home and the four businesses we operate this needed to go quickly and smoothly. We sent all the relevant information so the paperwork would be ready to go, just a quick test drive and some signatures and out the door. We were assured they do this type of sale all the time and would be ready to rock and roll when she arrived.Well that was complete BS! When she arrived the vehicle was nowhere to be found. The sales rep had nothing ready. The stalled and spun wheels for a while until my wife finally walked out! The rep called me asking where she went and informed me the vehicle was ready. I called my wife and talked her into going back. They finally produced a vehicle. The test drive went ok but my wife was a little confused on why I sent her to look at this vehicle. I really didn't understand why and she trusted I wasn't leading her astray. She started the paperwork that wasn't even close to prepared mind you when the rep informed her that they actually just received the vehicle and it would need to go back to service before she could take ownership. Next , they informed her that it likely would not be ready that day and she would need to come back or have it delivered! WTF!They agreed to transport the vehicle to us at no charge and my wife could drive the trade in home.The vehicle shows up a few days later and I receive the vehicle. Do the walk around and sign the paperwork. My wife sees the vehicle and the first thing out of her mouth was that's definitely not the vehicle I test drove! I told her it was definitely the vehicle I was looking at online and the vehicle the walk around video showed. I was now starting to understand why my wife was so confused I sent her to look at "this" vehicle. The vehicle she drove was not a Denali, had big tear in the passenger seat, and the interior was different. This is our 3rd Denali Yukon XL so she has a pretty good idea what she's looking at. The good news is the vehicle they delivered was the one we wanted so I chalked it up to an idiot sales rep. Other than the smell of air freshener crap they pump into these used cars we were happy. We took it to our local gmc dealership to get it checked out from top to bottom. Mostly ok other than a parking assist sensor that was bad and threw a code. Another shady move was these jack wagons clearing the codes before delivering the vehicle. The repair was around $800 but hey no worries, we had a 3 month/3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership we purchased from right!? We picked up the vehicle from service and the air freshener smell was starting to subside and an even worse smell started revealing itself, cigarette smoke! Like chain smoking with the windows up kind of smell!!! My wife instantly starts getting headaches and our two children are complaining nonstop. Now I'm livid! My wife immediately starts calling the dealership but she can't get a return phone call to save her life. I finally call and guess what... they immediately get back to me trying to solve the problems. Apparently they only work with men? After explaining everything to Chase he very politely informed me my wife was an idiot and there's no way she drove a different vehicle. My wife owns and operates 3 restaurants, a retail store and a property management company just to be clear, definitely not an idiot! We worked with Jacob this week and had a great experience! Since we have two small children, our time & flexibility can be somewhat limited, but Jacob worked around us so we could get a deal done.We had about 5 minutes to do a walk around of the 2021 Tahoe we were interested in on a Saturday evening. Jacob pulled the car around and sent us home with an offer price better than the one listed online - all in less than 5 minutes. After we realized they had the best price within 100 miles, we called back Monday to purchase. Jacob made sure the vehicle was was ready for me to test drive that day, and all paperwork was in order (since my time was yet again limited.) We weren’t able to get through all the paperwork necessary to complete the sale that morning, so he met me in Winston-Salem with the vehicle and the remaining paperwork later that day so we could finish up.I appreciated Jacob’s flexibility, patience, and promptness in facilitating this sale, and will request to work with him again in the future! I can honestly say this was the first painless vehicle purchase I’ve made… Thanks, Jacob! We love our new family vehicle!

****BUYER BEWARE*** I would never recommend purchasing from Kernersville Dodge. We test drove our vehicle and realized part of the light on the speedometer did not work. The dealership wanted us to purchase a warranty to cover replacing the cluster. At that point we stated we could go to another dealership and purchase a vehicle with no issues. At that point the sales manager Reed offered an IOU to repair. We proceeded to purchase the vehicle OUR mistake. We no sooner got home, the battery died and we had to buy a new one which the dealership did reimburse. We then ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and found two transmission codes that had been cleared and not repaired. We went to return the vehicle and cancel our contract on Monday where the sales Manager Reed ensured us they would make it right. After the shop had my vehicle for almost 30 days they supposedly replaced the 2 sensors and a wire harness. (We asked for proof but never received and probably never will.), but not the cluster. The shop manager Alex had previously told us our cluster was being replaced as well which it wasn't. On Thursday we were finally told our vehicle was ready but the cluster still wasn't fixed because the company who replaces their clusters supposedly stated there would be more issues if the cluster got replaced. So after a complete run around today the sales manager Reed has agreed to purchase a used part from Ebay which I refuse and again they want us to pay to fix a problem they were well aware of....Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere

Had a great experience here purchasing my 2018 Silverado. Jose was a very cool salesperson and not pushing me to do anything. Brianna has also been very nice throughout the process. It took a bit longer than expected for the actual purchasing process to go through at the dealership, but it was worth it to get the truck I wanted. Would shop here again

We have now purchased two used cars from this location over the last 10 years. One a Honda Civic and then a Dodge Grand Caravan three kids later. Both cars have had zero big issues thankfully and the process of arriving, picking a car, test driving and doing all the paper work has been decently quick considering what all has to be done. The floor salesman's that have helped us have been super friendly, even with our 3 kids being stir crazy and impatient after sitting for so long.

I want to thank Kenny Sullivan… He is most definitely AMAZING at his job. Kenny was our guide on our journey for the right truck. My husband and I will be back again to see him for our next addition. We drove 2 1/2 hours and it was worth every minute. Kenny helped with every question and went above and beyond with our experience. I purchased my 2023 Hellcat from Lee last week. He took a care of me from the time I arrived. I knew what I wanted and he didn’t try to sale me something else. Great experience with Lee!! He focused on me only and no other customers while I was there. I knew I didn’t have any credit issues so my financing went smoothly as well. I drove over an hour to pick up my brand new car from this dealership and will drive back here again for service. I was only there a few hours from start to finish and not all day. Thank you Lee!!

I picked out my truck online. I outside financed and showed up with my trade, title, and a check for the total in hand. I came down to pick up the truck on a Friday. Man, were they moving some vehicles! Everything was handled smooth and professionally. The staff were pleasant and professional. The truck looked better than the online pictures, which is saying something considering I drove over two hours to buy it without seeing it in person. I want to give a special thanks to Daniel and Vanessa. They were fantastic to do business with. Kenneth also deserves a shout out for going through all the functions and technology with me. Thanks to the whole team.

Ive purchased 3 trucks from this dealership and always had a good experience. I live several states away so depend entirely on the online advertising and the salesperson to get us to the finish line. On my most recent purchase, a 2023 Ram 3500 dually, I really wanted heated seats (I live in Ohio) and apple car play. I searched through inventory until I found one with those features in my price range. Worked through the sales deal, flew into North Carolina, arrived at dealership in the evening and signed papers. On my drive home I realized no heated seats and no car play as advertised clearly on their website. I was strung along for a week asking for positive reviews as they told me they would handle the situation. At the end of the day the resolution was to sell me a heating element at my cost and to go get a new stereo aftermarket at my cost. These items added a ton of value to the vehicle and were crucial in my purchasing of the vehicle. They’ve danced around a resolution, never had a manager call me even though I asked several times, and have since written me off. I’ve spent over 200k at this dealership and have sent countless others to the dealership over the last 5 years. It’s a lot of money for me and I have never felt less respected and taken care of as a customer. It was extremely unprofessional of them to ask me for s positive review before I received my truck and I’m so thankful I didn’t do that now. I’ve always given high scores to Kernersville, but from this point forward myself and my friends business will be going elsewhere. People often say “Why don’t you buy local?” And I tell them because I always felt like dealing with you guys was like dealing local. I was treated well. That is no longer the case. Be VERY careful dealing with this dealership. Their advertising is false .

A simple and smooth car buying experience with connectivity with the staff is what you can expect from this dealership! I live an hour and some change away, however, from me emailing about my hellcat to doing the credit application. The whole process, thanks to Erica Jones as well as Michael Smith, was great!
