My little one attended this facility for a good while; at first, the establishment was top-notch. I had no complaints, and anything that came up would be handled responsibly. Within the past year of my child being there, I observed kids leaving with bite marks and bruises. Daily, kids were dropped off sick. My child was constantly sick at this facility. I unenrolled my child from this facility, and once I enrolled my child in a new facility, their attitude completely changed for the positive, and luckily, my child has not been sick on a constant basis like they were. I am not sure what has happened at this facility, but I would not recommend this facility to anyone any longer.Positives:- Communication with the staff is always easy.Negatives:- Kids leaving with bruises , bitemarks- Kids constantly allowed to be at the facility despite being sick- Classrooms appear to be overpopulated- The price of tuition even with assistance is much higher than other facilities.- Children run in the busy parking lot when the older kids busses are coming and going with no one to escort them across it.

I can't say enough positives about this daycare. The building could use some work on the outside and some updating on the inside...but I can look past all of that because I know my child is learning and safe. I truly love all of the staff and leadership. Having worked in daycare myself I know what a good center looks and feels like...and they do a phenomenal job!

6-18-2019 at about 2:30 this afternoon I was on I-40 going north from High Point to Winston-Salem, in the Kernersville area, and shared the road with a La Petite Academy children's van. It was doing 80 mph in a 65 mph zone!

Just pulled my child out of this facility. She was continually moved from classroom to classroom to make numbers; however, the facility very seldom meets their ratio criteria. On one of the days in her last week there, there were 9 one and two year olds to one teacher! Also, my child is lactose intolerant and I was ensured my child would be given adequate substitutions; however, there were many times she was given simply pasta with no protein. The last straw was when my child came home with a mark on her side that looked suspiciously like fingernail marks with no incident report in sight to even attempt to explain the injury. Mind you, there were plenty other incident reports to attempt to explain injuries that, according to the facility, simply "appeared". My child now attends a childcare facility with a three star rating from the state, but it's sure better than this "five star rated" facility.

Great experience! All of the teachers/daycare workers are super nice. We have received great care in the infant room while our son has attended the facility. His daily smiles show he enjoys his time there as well. The notifications through out the day keep you up to date with everything going on. Especially the photos!

If I could give them more stars, I would. Today we had to say goodbye to our daughter's teachers and all the staff as we are relocating to another state. For the past couple years, we watched our daughter grow and thrive under the guidance of all the staff. Her teachers are excellent at creating a learning environment, and everyone has shown nothing but love. Even though our daughter was born with some gross motor delays, they have been on board the whole time helping to use her foot braces at school, allowing her physical and occupational therapists access to the classrooms, and using her therapy exercises each day to help her get to where she is today. I only wish we could bring this school along on our move so our daughter would not have to leave such a welcoming, inviting, and caring place.

La Petite is a wonderful place to send your child to learn and grow. You will be treated like family and informed of important milestones in your little ones life. This amazing child care facility has been nothing but amazing to my child!!!

My little girls have attended a few different centers because I'm "that mom." We toured several centers on our last change over, and La Petite felt like home. You could really tell the teachers love their jobs, they have a strong curriculum and my girls are so excited to go to school each day! As a working mother (who is a teacher too), being able to drop my kids off in a caring, nurturing, supportive environment is so important, and La Petite provides just that!

Had a great experience at La Petite. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

We looked at three daycares today and this was our favorite. I liked all the teachers, the curriculum and how they interacted with the kids. It's a bit out of our way and a little expensive but I think we've found the right one for our babies!
