Horrible experience, company had an agent that left the company and didn’t complete my cancellation. A month later I called Sharon Chambers and she was extremely rude, never apologized for the over sight. Her tone was extremely offensive, I felt discriminated against and will never recommend this company. I Was told by several people to stay away because of this tone but the initial agent was so nice I guess that’s why she’s not there anymore. Shame on you Sharon it’s 2022.
