The Service was horrible.......RACIST is an understatement, I buy 5 things of paint The dude which identified his self as store AP told me that I didn't ring up all 5. He then asked for my receipt. I gave it to him and it showed that I bought all 5 of them then he tells me well you must've paid the wrong price so he brings me back in the store and tells the lady to ring it up again. It came out to the exact same price that was on the receipt...This is what takes the cake for me he says you return something for $400 why didn't you spend the $400 at that point I just ask for my receipt and walked out Things need a big change around there

Wide selection of hardware and Home Improvement items at reasonable prices. I will say the best thing is that you can use your phone to locate items within the store from their website. My girlfriend asked a store personnel where she could find a shovel and the store personnel checked their phone and said we don't sell shovels. That's kind of sad as I easily found the shovels later

Great selection of items. Spacious aisles. Competitive pricing. Can be challenging finding staff assistance, once found, very helpful. Love the garden selection. Found the exchange and return/refund policy to be very flexible. This is definitely my go too home improvement store

I have shopped at this store many times over the years. My experience with the employees there have always been good.Today, i stopped by to return an item. I was shocked at how rudely I was treated by the person at the customer service desk. It was to the point that he was loudly criticizing me on how much I had spent on the item that i was returning. I was taken so much by surprise that I didn't know what to say.I commented about this to another employee at the register who had told me to have a nice day as I was leaving. Their response was "yeah he needs a filter".I have tried unsuccessfully in contacting a manager to complain.

All across the board excellence! They completely have it together at Lowes. So easy ordering, pick up, shipping. The staff are knowledgeable about their job, and products. They are always friendly, and fun to talk to.

This store charged my card twice for a washer and dryer that cost over $2200. They acknowledged the error but refused to issue a refund. I was told by the rudest customer service employee I have ever dealt with, that it was a computer glitch and I would have to file a disputed claim with my credit card company because he and the assistant manager did not know how to fix it. Mr. Horrible Customer Service told me he handled several of those claims by email every day. I wondered then how many people have been double charged for things by this store and dont catch it. That was a month ago. Since then I have tried to speak to the manager in person and by phone multiple times without success. I filed the disputed claim on oct 24 but the credit card company told me it may take 60 days to take the charge off my card if it even gets removed. I have been trying to get contact info for the district manager. Don't bother calling the 800 number the review site gives you. It's a computer. You will end up either on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on or caught in a continuous computerized loop. What you will not get is a manager. I have purchased all of our appliances for the last 30 plus years from Lowes and have done business with this store since 2015 but will be shopping in either Winston, Greensboro or High Point after this.
