Coffee was bitter, like past years was. Maybe this franchise went back to the past pretty nasty coffee rather than McDonald's way better coffee that debuted last year or so.

First visit and only got drinks. Drinks were delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. The place was very clean and nice to look at with cleanliness being the first thing you see. Highly recommend this McDonald's!

Best McDonald's. Great cuisine, always delighted to be there. Additionally, customers are very hilarious and kind! I adore them so much and enjoy dining there because the nuggets are amazing and the fries are always delicious. Best McDonald's I've ever been to, hands down!

I ordered two sausage and cheese biscuits. She rang up two sausage, cheese, and egg biscuits but removed the egg. Trying to charge me double. I made them fix it. I wasn't paying $10. For two sausage and cheese biscuits. She should have rang it up to sausage biscuits and add cheese. Not rocket science.

Service and food had been better at this location lately, but this last time when I went, the cashier went over and started making my food without washing his hands. The manager (Sosa) refused to remake/replace my order. She told me the general manager would be there on a certain day, but when I called, I got the run around and was told she didn't come in that day.I called another location to inquire about how to find out when the area manager would be there. He did even better-got my number and spoke with the store owner. I went to the other location to have my order replaced and was told the owner would speak to the shift manager at the first location (both in Kernersville).

Employees not friendly playing with hair behind the counter making fun of it not being uniform as well as no handwashing!!!No one has walked in dining area in over 2 hours to clean anything.
