Monarch Group has great service at the parts counter. The people source needed O rings above and beyond. The store has fasteners and supplies beyond imagination, like a 1950s hardware store. It a pleasure to do business with lovely people. The shop has the best taps and drills bits. They always have bolts needed that aren't on the bulk shelf. Highly recommended.

The Monarch group has fasteners and supplies that you could never imagine. It’s like going back to a hardware store in the 1950s. Tom and Teresa are just lovely people and it’s a pleasure to do business with them.

Very professional with a hometown atmosphere. They have the best taps and drills bits I've used (mechanic for 15 yrs) and they always have the bolts we need that aren't on the bulk shelf in the shop. Highly recommended business.
