This was my son and I first time at the Kernersville NC location, and we had the BEST experience!!! The entire team that works there make you feel like a part of the family, and truly take care of each person that they see!! We look forward to having our annual visits at this location for the foreseen future!!!

My technician was wonderful. Dr. Harris is AMAZING . Very knowledgeable and professional, and fun. He takes the time to explain everything, making you feel comfortable. When it come time to pick out frames, Melissa was AMAZING as well. She was courteous, professional, and efficient. She was not pushy in any way, working to save me money, making it an all around pleasant experience.

Mellissa W. helped me find my eye insurance in the system- since I was not given a card by my employer. She was so helpful & patient! 5/5 stars for her!Also Dr. Harris is the best!

Dr. Harris is great. He's been my doctor for years and years. He is very pleasant and comfortable to talk to. The entire staff is great and friendly. I would advise family and friends to visit.

First I had to wait an hour to be seen by the doctor and the lobby was not busy at all. Second, I was given different strength prescriptions for glasses, one brand of contacts and my current prescription for contacts. Idk if that is normal or not but it was not explained to me. I always have been calling for a week now to figure out the contact situation and order some. I will not be returning for my exam next year. I’m just praying the glasses I ordered and paid for already are actually correct cuz my contacts are not and I’ve had a headache majority of the days since my visit last week.

Overhaul the entire corporate structure. Dr Harris is the only reason I go. He is a great doctor being funded by a corrupt and flawed organization. The worst company I have ever given my money to. Understaffing and poor management backed by even poorer upper management and is the root cause of MED destroying a once great practice founded by people who wish to help others see. The district manager Nicole is by far the most useless DM I’ve ever come into contact with. She doesn’t even know what her stores are going through and refuses to fight for patients or employees who give their all to the company. Fire everyone above the managers and promote the best store managers to fill their positions, there’s going to be a mass exodus of employees and patients leaving and it will cripple this company if something isn’t done to change it. The employees at the store are doing their best and I have nothing but good things to say about them, it’s everyone above that’s causing a problem.

Made an online appointment weeks ahead of time. Appointment was scheduled for 10:00am with Dr. Bowser, and about 25 minutes prior to my appointment, I received a call stating there was an issue with my appointment time and someone already had this time...basically telling me I was being bumped. Due to my work schedule, they could not find an appointment to reschedule for several weeks. Disappointing to not be made aware of this until I was literally about to walk out the door to head to their office.

I have been wearing eyeglasses since I was very young. Dr Bowser is the best eye doctor I have ever had. Also, she is unbelievably fine.

Optometrist on every corner! Choose a better one than this! Not sure if this establishment is under new management or new corporate rules or just a change in atmosphere but the last two times I've been there I've received terrible service! Both my son and I used this place but no longer will we. This past time the general manager was present and did nothing! Was a minute past the grace late time and they wouldn't see my son. I understand the policy but considering I've waited patiently over 20 minutes on them on several occasions due to their staffing shortages without a single complaint or attitudes you would think they would try to be accommodating. I've spent a lot of money with them and was planning to spend more this visit. This was a time for them to show some empathy and compassion. They didn't even offer my son to reschedule and a soon as available appointment. Clearly didn't want out business.

I purchased a pair of eye glasses from the last year and they said my insurance would not cover the cost so I had to pay the balance in full. I paid the balance and then my insurance paid the full balance as well. Now I have been trying for about 8 months to get my money back. Still cannot get my money back and manager will not take my calls when I call. I have been in the office about 3 times, but still no one will process my refund. Good doctor, but they are poorly managed. If you loose a customer who pays their bills over $500 that was over paid you are not running your business right.
