Excellent cuisine and service. If I can avoid it, I won't place an order at another Papa John's. They never let you down. They take care of any problems that may arise. They fix any mistakes that may occur. All Papa John's and eateries in general ought to strive to be like this one.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, SEEMS PEOPLE'S FOOD ORDERS DONT MATTER, CALLED AND PLACED AN ORDER A WEEK AGO FOR ME AND THE WIFE AND THE MANAGER OR WHOEVER THEY HAVE WORKING THINKS ITS FUNNY TO HAVE FOLKS SITTING AROUND AFTER PAYING FOR THEIR FOOD NEVER TO HAVE IT DELIVERED AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR, THEY ABSOLUTELY HAD NO CLUE WHERE THEIR DELIVERY DRIVER WAS AT THE ENTIRE TIME UP UPON TIME TO DELIVER MINE AND MY WIFES FOOD....ALL THESE THESE MORON'S NEED TO BE FIRED AND THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, PROBABLY ON THEIR CELL PHONES, THE DELIVERY DRIVER LIKE MOST LAZY PEOPLE DO I CAN BET SKIPPED WORK OR WAS HIGH ON SOMETHING....ME AND MY WIFE GOT OUR MONEY BACK AND WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS AGAIN!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER CONSIDERING IM IN COLLEGE MAJORING IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY AND TO GET CERTIFIED TO RUN A RESTAURANT........DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON PAPA JOHNS AT ALL, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME ?????

I usually order from this restaurant. My pizza was late and the driver left my food unprotected on my front porch in the cold after ringing my doorbell once and I did not hear it they did not make an attempt to call my home number or knock on the door. Then to add insult to injury when I called the restaurant to complain, the manager asked me after putting me on hold for sometime-“What would I like for them to do about it,?” They did not offer an apology or a refund or anything. Then the manager dragged out some sorry apology. I won’t be ordering from here again they lost a regular weekly customer.

Had mostly good experience, sometimes things aren't as well as other times but this is the first time I've had a genuine bad order. My pizza did not have cheese in the middle of the pizza despite me even ordering extra cheese. It also tasted burned or smoky, like something in their oven was burning or it needed cleaning. Not very happy with this...

This was the best room temperature pizza I've had all year. Full disclosure, I haven't eaten any other room temperature pizza this year, so it's also the worst. Had it been hot, I'm sure it would have been at least average, but it wasn't, so it isn't.

My absolute favorite Papa John's! Food is always fresh and on time. Excellent customer service too! I usually get it delivered but pickup is always great too.

Excellent Service & Food. I will not order at another Papa John's if I can help it. They do not disappoint. If ever there's an issue, they address it. If ever there is an error, they correct it. This location is what all Papa John's (and other restaurants in general) should aspire to be.

ordered pizza online for a staff birthday. placed order at 10:30 for noon delivery. At 12:20 was told it was "in the car". At 1:20 called again and the driver returned our pizza to the store bc he didnt know where to deliver it. This ruined our birthday lunch. Pizza supposedly on the way but cannot be hot. Terrible service even after I complained to manaIsabelle.

OVER THE TOP MAD ! Called at 12:02 - 58 minutes before they “close” and placed. Delivery order (which I order 2-3 times a week )I live walking distance away-Placed my order with a team member on the phone - mind you I’m a consistent customer ,Placed my order and by 12:07 I was off the phone, the lady who took my order quoted me 23/27 minutes .I called at 1:05 to check on my delivery status and every time I called (5 times) I was hung up on . They picked up phone and then hung up as soon as I started speaking .!I will not spend my money here again or refer any one to this papa John’s . DOMINOS WOULD NEVER DO THIS TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER (and I know because I spend time and money with dominos just as much as I do papa John’s ) but dominos was closed when I went to order pizza tonight so I had to settle for papa John’s and I regret doing so !!!!!I will not ever give them my money again ! They have no proper customer service, and clearly just want to clock out instead of following through with fulfilled orders … so I won’t ever come back to this location nor will I refer any of my business partners to this location in kernersville. We will remain sticking to dominos for all future business outings and dealings ! DONT ORDER LATE NIGHT WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HANG UP ON YOU !!!! Go to dominos instead!

The delivery driver was so rude and disrespectful.. rolling his eyes at me, being rude… and hateful… I am disgusted and the manager was no better, she said she was only going to talk to him!! I will never order from them again.. you better not if you black!

Food arrived after approximately an hour. Driver did not smile, say hello or thank you. I don’t know what their problem was. I wish I could get my tip back. Maybe my tip was not enough for them??This was the worst pizza I have ever had. It lacked any flavor and was doughy under the toppings. The wings were fine.Signed,A former employee of the company

Parking at this place was a nightmare, the employees were great 100%, sadly somehow the notification to have my pizza ready at 5:30 was missed and it was made 40 minutes early so it was cold by the time I got it.

ordered XL new yorker well done. pepperoni beef onions and mushrooms. door dash delivered not papa john's. i did not know this when i ordered. paid $5 delivery fee tipped $5. so $30 for a $20 pizza that was cold, under cooked sparse toppings. like two pepperoni per giant slice. one mushroom per slice. i cannot recommend papa john's
