“Alex was great. She tried everything she could to help me before sending Dave out here. Dave changed the thing on the all and we thought that fixed it. Dog got out the next day I called and they were right back out here. Turned out to be collar which was replaced at no cost. I thanked Dave and told him how professional they were and that Alex was really nice. He then told me that’s why he married her!! I had no idea.
