My husband and I went in to the Kernersville Store and Ty helped us get our phone plan updated, 2 phone upgrades and we decided to use the home internet. Ty was great, he was so patient and understanding and took his time getting all the information transferred from our old phones to our new phones.

Terrible experience, this is the second time I have purchased phones in store to have them tell me I would be paying one amount but to be billed an amount for more than what was quoted or stated. Now I have to go back to the store on my only day off to haggle over phones and payments. Transparency sucks, tired of being told one thing and it’s not the truth.

I came in to explore the prices and devices. I was greeted by Jackie with an excellent welcoming. She was very precise about the promotions and prices of the plan even when there was a lot going on at once she held her cool and gave amazing customer service. I left feeling great and would definitely recommend you ask for Jackie.

Google reviews doesn't allow for no stars. I moved 10 lines to T-Mobile at the end of September. I have been attempting to have my account fixed since then. I call the store and it's a pick up and hang up. I have attempted to work with Jackie who keeps telling me her manager is looking into it. I was told by T-Mobile corporate, that the district manager needs to fix the problem, but no one will let me talk to the district manager. I was advised that the person who set up my account no longer works there, but I see recent reviews praising his service. So I don't know what to believe. The person who set up my account got his commission, but I got the bill. I need someone to fix my problem, call me anything! I feel that this was a bait and switch to move from Verizon to get commission and now there is no support to fix the bills I am receiving.

I bought two cell phones for Christmas and they asked if I wanted screen protectors but I declined because they where overpriced. They said to give a more satisfactory experience for the customer they would provide a discount off my bill to cover the screen protectors. After several attempts to get the credit on my bill I still haven’t received the credit. Try another store this one will rip you off.

I'm sharing my incredible experience with the customer service team members Rocky and Bash. They were so friendly and genuinely cared about helping me and every customer. I received sublime care; it was my best experience at a T-Mobile store. Rocky went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible promotion and service price. I was thoroughly happy with the service I received. It's so refreshing to come across such wonderful human beings like Rocky and Bash. I can't thank them enough for their assistance. Rocky and Bash make this T-Mobile store the best in the triad. Rocky and Bash deserve a raise and promotion; they are both incredible assets to the T-Mobile company. Sadly, Rocky mentioned he was leaving the T-Mobile company despite it being his dream job; T-Mobile should do whatever it takes to keep Rocky as their employee since he truly makes the company shine, and great workers are what makes an outstanding business.

I took my mom to this T-Mobile location to get her phone ported over to our new family plan. Clifton was very helpful and patient with us as he made the adjustments and helped her order a new phone. Thank you, Clifton!

This is a third-party store as opposed to a corporate store and this store was no help to me in setting up my account and getting me started after I spent much time on the phone with T-Mobile getting everything ready so it should’ve been very easy.They did not go the extra mile and I had to go to The highly recommended T-Mobile Store in Greensboro on Wendover... A corporate store and it makes all the difference!!!
