I do not recommend this storage facility. I used a debit card for a one-time payment and they charged the same card again the following month without my authorization. Beware when a company feels entitled to take your money without your knowledge and approval. Apparently, Triad Mini Storage don't know that it is considered a form of fraud under federal and state laws for a company to use/charge someone's debit card without that person's permission. You can look it up. It's called the Federal Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), implementing rule Regulation E. When I contacted Triad Mini Storage and spoke with Christina, I asked her to return my money, because I never authorized them to use my card for that transaction, she refused. When I told her I would report them, she just said, go ahead. Okay

Hello the manager is very nice and hard working but she is sick and has been out for a while I need the owner to contact me so I can pay my unit in person Thanks Pam lawson

I called and was hung up on. I called back 3 times after that, got their voicemail. Oh, their mailbox was FULL..!! Just rude.Thank you for you wonderful service.

They are nicer storage than the other ones I've seen and they actually have power and an upstairs.So you don't just get open space you get two levels of open space that you can fill with whatever you want Plus if you want to visit your storage unit at night you can have lights in there or maybe a refrigerator for a cold drink.

The attendant is super friendly and its always so clean and orderly.
