Cramped workout area...broken window dangerously located in day care and play area which could impale children...rude staff

Great staff and awesome offerings such as childcare, classes, and event nights. The place could use some revamping though. Some updated equipment and TLC for deteriorating parts of the building would put this place at 5 out of 5. Would still recommend it to anyone though!

Good environment and friendly staff. In desperate need of new dumbbells. Anything over 70lbs is either bent or warped in some fashion to the point of being a legitimate safety hazard if you do decide to mess with them. I understand that a small percentage of the clientele actually has a need for the heavier dumbbells and that they are an expensive item to replace but such an essential piece of equipment should have a higher priority on being maintained in my opinion. Nearly perfect gym in all other aspects but such a major issue really taints the experience there.

Gym is outdated, some equipment doesn't work well or gets stuck while using it. The gym is dirty. Their is mold and mildew all over especially the bathrooms which always smell and only contain one stall which on numerous occasions hasn't been working. Don't even think about using the showers. They have this strange policy of the gym where chalk can only be used by purchasing an additional cost membership for the gym and then you can only utilize it in separate section of the gym lol in this other area which is also an additional cost to use. The owners and employees are unfriendly. Don't say anything, walk right by you even when greeted. The "managers" this fat beef biker looking dude who walks around with a stick up his ass and doesn't know what he doing. Been in the fitness industry 10 years and watched both him and. The owner train people and it's your classic put people on machines and count their reps type of trainer mentality. I feel like I need three showers after leaving this place from how unsanitary it is. Don't recommend.

Wasn't a bad gym at all. Some of the equipment is a bit out of date, like the treadmills, but everyone is nice. The owners always made sure to smile and say hey when they could. Only reason I'm giving them a 4 star is their cancelation policy.Ended up moving and needed to go in and sign paperwork to end my membership. Did it in early November. Said they needed 30 day notice, so I would have to pay for December as well. Ok, I get it. Not ideal, but that's what it is...Fast forward to today. I get a call from a collections company saying they need money because my payment didn't go through. Due date was the 9th. Today's the 16th. Kinda rude to just send my info to collections and not even call me personally to tell me that it didnt go through the day it happened. Card was compromised a couple weeks back, so my fault. I call to pay and find out that if you go late, they have to charge an additional $20 on top of the regular monthly cost. A lot of money to pay for absolutely nothing. Especially since I haven't even lived there in almost 2 months now.Just be wary of their policy when or if you need to cancel. Like I said, the gym itself is great. They also have classes and a basketball court.

My husband and I have been members for almost 3 years. We thoroughly enjoy working out at Triangle Fitness. The workout equipment fits our needs perfectly. The owners and the staff have always been extremely nice, considerate and helpful. Being open 24/7 is a definite plus for us. Thanks TF for being there for us!

With a long standing customer where there have been no issues in the past, one would believe that the situation would be handled fairly. No one asked the person who was actually there. No one offered to sit down and discuss the said issue. This situation could be damaging to all involved which is why it should have been handled in a more professional manner. It would seem it is coincidental to this said person already having changed gyms prior to this said occurrence that this accusation occured. You DO NOT treat children or people in the manner in which it was handled. Especially when they have supported your business for almost 20 years! YOU as a business owner should have been prepared to sit with the actual individuals involved to seek the TRUTH. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Incidentally, everything I said about your gym is accurate.

Best gym around. I been a member since 2010 and wouldn't go anywhere else. You couldn't meet more nicer people.

I've been a member here for around 5 years now and I can say that once you go to this gym you will never want to leave it. They offer so many awesome commodities like 24/7 access, full length basketball court, boxing station, CrossFit area, and fitness classes that are free to members almost every single day! The staff is friendly and helpful, there is a smoothie station inside the gym where they make flavorful smoothies packed with protein, they have pre workout, lean body protein shakes, Gatorade, snacks and pretty much anything you will need pre or post gym session. I love this place and I could genuinely go on and on about how awesome it is.

Recently a sign has been put up telling gym goers to not use chalk in the main gym but instead upgrade to the crossfit area where chalk is allowed. I have a huge issue with this. 1 my fiance and I pay for the crossfit area as I get more enjoyment out of crossfit than I do weight lifting. 2. We have only ever been able to use it once since together since getting out membership 3 months ago 3. They close it off at night, unless it is Norma business hours the crossfit area is closed. I work overnights at a hospital, I sleep during the open hours listed. I don't understand how an establishment can expect their customers to pay more for something that cannot be accessed 24/7 if they want to use chalk. We purposely come at 1am so we are not around a bunch of people maskless. In a pandemic I wouldn't think a business would want a majority of their customers in the same area without a mask on.

Overall it's a good gym with a positive atmosphere. Great options for equipment with a multitude of leg machines, at least 5 different squat variations, and a seated OHP rack. The flat bench also has a platform for spotting. They also offer several different types of classes, and a kids play area that I'm sure is a life saver for parents. They also offer individual training for specialized goals, as well as a smoothie/drink bar with good options for variety. They also have tanning beds!I go late at night, so my interactions with staff are limited. Unfortunately this means the CrossFit area is unable to be used, as it's locked after hours. The CrossFit area offers some great equipment as well, like bumper plates, multiple squat racks, glute ham bench, rings, sled, ropes, most of your conditioning equipment.I sincerely wish this area was open after hours, or something implemented to make it available for others. A second card scan maybe? This is the only gripe I have. I was told to call to discuss my options, but considering my night shift schedule is non negotiable due to a work contract, my only option was to cancel my CrossFit membership. To sum it up, I would recommend this gym for most people. It can get crowded during the day, so if you go during non staffed hours make sure the equipment you want and your goals are able to be met.

The owners here are really great and provide a great environment for their members. Although the gym is a bit on the pricey side it's worth it for the equipment, ambiance, cleanliness, and awesome members! They offer a variety of classes (I have not taken them) and keep a station where you can always carry a spray bottle and towel to clean up after yourself. Great gym in Kernersville!
