I think the bad reviews are bc people are confused with the main post office. This place is SO CONVENIENT and I love it

Everyone at this location has been extremely helpful for the past 10 years I have been a customer. They even stay open later than the main Post Office location out of consideration for customer convenience

Its quite rare that I post reviews, however the ladies that run this private/independent office are the sweetest, most patient and helpful as can be. Staying open past 5 during the week is a huge bonus as well. Regardless I choose this office over others because of the exceptional service!

This location is great! It’s open an hour after the main Post Office closes, with a 5:45 drop off during the week and a 1:00PM drop off on Saturday. Great location next door to Lizzies Herb Shop!

Needed to send out a envelope and went in around 5:53. No one was around and I was told that I couldn't ship my envelope. Judging by the previous reviews they should just close at 5 if you know they can't take anything past 5. Feel sorry for the USPS for having such terrible employees there...

Walked into the post office as it turned 5:45 and the post collecter was STILL INSIDE and they refused to take my packages saying she couldn't collect them after 5:45 and she told me to read their policy ,pointing to the sign multiple times. The post collecter then goes off saying how he can't take my packages because he doesn't want to lose his job waiting a few extra seconds loading prepaid packages into an opened truck but he stays there and argues with me. This is not the first time this woman has gotten mad when a package has come through the door and she didn't want to send the mm out so she'll try to make excuses on how you're too late. If you can't do your job right you deserve to be fired. If you saw this woman you'd know what I mean by lazy and rude.. she brings out the the anger deep inside you as she smirks saying "we can't ship that". It's disrespectful and shouldn't be called a post office is it doesn't ship anything out!

Worst drop off spot ever. They are supposed to collect mail dropoffs until 5:45. However, we will drop our mail before 5 every day and most days they do not even get an initial scan until the following day. It's not the mail carriers fault. It's the people who work in this office. For whatever reason, the lady at the desk at 5 can not find time in her day to get the packages scanned before the mail carrier gets there - even though you'd think this was her only job. It's unfortunate that people are so lazy. Not only is she lazy, she usually huffs and puffs when I come in because she doesn't want to do the work. I will now have to find the time in my day to stand at the desk and wait while she scans in all 50 of my packages just so I can ensure she does the job she's paid to do. The people at the real post office may be rude, but at least they do their jobs.
