First of all, Kiara was great when scheduling our visit. This is not a rant about the cost of the vehicle, which was reasonable. Nor will I complain about the insulting lowball offer on my trade. Numbers are numbers. However, the salesman we were assigned was brand new to the floor and I know everyone has to start somewhere but this evening was a late appointment and left no room for slow service as we felt rushed since they were closing. When our assigned salesman couldn't answer our questions, his trainer took over. He wasn't much better. His calm and understanding behavior earlier quickly changed into pushy and abrupt answers and insulting "education" on how things work. Needless to say, we did not purchase. The experience was worse because we loved the vehicle and were intent to purchase with a reasonable trade offer. Overall, it's just not great service.Update. The GM personally reached out to me to address my concerns. After my discussion with him, I can understand why they normally have great reviews. Side note....we did come to a mutually beneficial conclusion, and I will be purchasing the vehicle we wanted. Thanks for taking customer service so seriously. Update#2..Wow, tonight was the kind of experience that will impress. Met the GM and the Sales Mngr. They worked hard to make sure we were kept updated and moved the purchase along smoothly. Definitely would buy here again.

My experience was great. Willie in the service department made me feel like he cared! That is not always the case with the service departments. Parks Service is excellent in my opinion!

I have never liked having to purchase a new car but Michael Walters made the process surprisingly simple. He knew a lot about their inventory and was able to find me a vehicle that fit both my budgetary, and personal needs. 100%, would recommend.

Elie was excellent, as always. Very attentive to my needs, gave me regular status updates, and extremely helpful and prompt return of my truck to get back on the road. Will continue to return to Parks service center with Elie!!

I have had one of the most unpleasant experiences purchasing a vehicle. I saw the truck I was interested in purchasing online with the specs I wanted, which was a 2023 V8, 6.2 Liter Sierra 1500. Once we agreed on the price, I drove for 2 hrs from another City to test drive it and hopefully buy it. When I got there, the vehicle they gave me the final price on was a 5.3 Liter, so that was the first bad faith effort from the dealership. I decided to stick with the 6.2 L and work with them since I already drove 2 hrs, so I ended up negotiating a higher price point than what I was hoping for and signed the paperwork and wrote the check. Because it was a personal check and not certified, I was willing to wait until the check cleared before getting the truck. Once I got home, I reviewed the truck sticker and the cost breakdown and noticed that they charged me $1,000 more for the options than what was listed on the sticker, and they also double charged me on the paperwork by $700. I called to correct the errors, and they started playing with the numbers to keep the price that I paid instead of crediting me for the errors. Once we agreed on a middle of the road adjustments, I inquired about when I was getting the truck since the check I wrote cleared the next day. They claimed that accounting did not clear it. I asked them to keep me informed on delivery date, but I never received any calls initiated by them and it was always me calling to get status updates. Once the check cleared on their end, which was almost a week later, they sent the truck over. Once I received the truck, they called to let me know that they cannot clear the title because I was not authorized to sign the check, so now we are trying to resign new paperwork for another person to sign the check. I should have walked away the minute I got there and discovered we were looking at the wrong truck, but then again incompetence needs to be highlighted. At this point, I am completely turned off of GMC vehicles and GMC dealerships. My next vehicle will not be made by GM and most certainly will not be purchased at Parks.

Jerrell was an outstanding sales professional, he treated us with respect and listened to what our needs when it came to finding the car that we needed. The experience as a whole was very easy and from the front desk to the financing everyone treated us very well, we even bought 2 cars that's how well we felt treated. Thank you

On Wednesday July 12, me and my mother’s prayers were answered in kinda of a funny way. I’d been driving a 2012 Fiat 500c Pop since 2018 and he’d seen a lot and I put a lot of money into keeping him going. The thing that had me praying for a new car was the fact that every time it rained the sunroof would leak and it was very annoying. Me and my boyfriend visited Parks on Wednesday after receiving a marketing flyer in the mail in the hopes of winning some much needed cash. Apparently a traveling salesman was there at the time, but he was patient with me and my boyfriend and got to know us and our situation, and laid all the cards on the table for us and made sure we understood what was going on. Everyone walking around there was extremely nice and kept checking up on us, and made sure I got what I wanted and after a while before we knew it we were leaving with this beauty and I was all smiles. I was especially appreciative of Michael with helping me get everything set up and get to know the car better, as well as everyone who’s called to follow up. Highly recommend checking them out.

I loved my experience at Parks Buick. The staff was so friendly and they treated everyone like family. Matt is the BEST! He was very knowledgeable and honest through my entire purchasing process. Now, I recommend Parks Buick GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle because of how well they take care of their customers.

Sent me a card saying I won 5000 but it’s just a scam . If your dealership was that great you wouldn’t need lame scamming cards in the mail people would but cause your honest . You’ve ruined any chance that I would purchase a car there along with my family and friends. In today’s times you’ve managed to put your business in the toilet!!

Received their flyer which told me I had won $5000. I get down there and no, it’s a $5 Walmart gift card that they told me I’d have to come back tomorrow to get. I asked the salesperson about the game card that made it clear I had won. He said “that is for illustration purposes only”. NOWHERE on this card does it say anything about illustration purposes. The fine print also doesn’t say anything to negate what’s on that card. Parks is all about being a “Community” dealership. This is tacky and WRONG. I’m calling my lawyer in the morning. I’ll be posting about this on Next Door so if you guys want to join me…see my post there. J Ellis

The audacity to bring a client in based on an outright lie and then expect you to trust them to sell you a car at a fair and honest deal is insane. They ran a falsely advertised marketing campaign that sent out $5000 winning lottery tickets to people just to get them to come in the door. When you arrive with your “winning” ticket you get told there is no actual winning ticket and every ticket sent out shows a “winner” of $5000 just to get you to come in so they can sell cars. Not sure the legality of this or who the genius is that thinks lying to a potential client to start a sale will go well, but it’s an awful marketing strategy.

They send scam bulk mail out to draw people in so I can't imagine their sales or service staff is much more honest. The receptionist didn't clarify when I asked her to, either, so again I feel they aren't above board here. They also took the mailer from me, offered me a copy, and didn't copy the fine print portion... again if they're gonna scam small stuff unsure why you'd trust them with your vehicle.
