I love this pharmacy. They are timely, my meds are always right and the pharmacist always explains things to me. This is much better than some of the competition.

Rudest pharmacy staff ever. Extremely unprofessional. There is nothing on their website that says they are closed for lunch 130 to 2. Pulled up to window to get medication they shut the window in my face and said they will be back at two. There is a sign on the window that you do not actually know until you get to the window. It would be very helpful and more convenient for their customers if they would post online that they will be closed from 130 to 2 every day.

Walmarts in this area have really big problems with keeping fresh items on their shelf. The super Walmart on Main Street has been written up by the health department and constantly puts out bad meat and fish I've documented it but today was probably the worst one out of anything that I've ever found in any Walmart In all of my 51 years!!! I found a 7 MONTH PAST jar of avocado mayonnaise!!! The Walmarts around here just don't care! Of course it will be blamed on the pandemics and never the low quality people they hire. The managers in the family market off sedge Garden and the super Walmart on Main Street should be totally ashamed and should all be fired immediately! I'm posting the picture of the seven month old past due mayonnaise. Walmarts in other parts of the country don't act like this! They got a bunch of chimpanzees running the show that's the issue

I really like the staff at the pharmacy! They have always been so nice and helpful even when they were understaffed and busy! They helped me with a prescription and saved me a ton of money!! Always above and beyond!

Awful customer service! I had a prescription for pink eye called in over 2 hours ago, I called to check and they said it was on back order for 5 days. Never called to inform me and were very rude about transferring it!

Sat in drive thru line since 9:18 am never got greeted or anything . I even pressed the service button twice nobody didn't even notice I was there or the other car behind me until 9:23 am . Just think that's crazy when they just opened at 9 am . And then I get told that I have to go back around because a car was sitting behind me and mine wasn't ready but I'm a customer to and was also waiting in line . The women had told me after I told her I've sat out here for 5 mins as it is and she said they were dealing with other customers and I told her I'm a customer to . Like I would understand if they had greeted me the first time but they didn't even do that ... But yet the car that was behind me is now sitting in front of me waiting on theirs to but I had to go around ?!?!

Computer system down nationwide, I get. Manager protecting employee, I get. But excuses, no time for that. I'm sorry your system was down, I'm sorry you told me you should have received the prescription even if your system was down, I'm sorry I called the doctor and they told me to tell you to call for a verbal script, I'm sorry you don't know how to look up a number, I'm sorry you didn't come when I rang the bell 3 times, honked the horn once and finally knocked on the window, I'm sorry another client waited 2 hours for their prescriptions. I'm sorry you are working in a customer service related field and clearly unable to provide customer service at a sub par level. I hate leaving bad reviews - but any time I have to get out of my car to knock on a drive thru window....it's a problem.
