I used to have a good professional and personal relationship with this pharmacy. Recently they have had a change in managament (NOT for the better). I have had some recent health issues. My mail order pharmacy failed to send one of my chronic medications, which caused me to run out. I spoke to my mail order pharmacy and they agreed to rush me my medication, but I would still be out of medication for several days, so they suggested that I get a short-term supply at my local pharmacy. I had my physician call me in a month's supply, which he did. When I arrived at the pharmacy, the tech said that there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the pharmacist who told me that this was "not his problem." They finally begrudgingly agreed to give me a short-term supply through GoodRx. I mistakenly tried to explain to them that they needed to keep in mind that people who come to them often are not feeling well, but the tech merely told the pharmacist that I was giving her a hard time.I guess it's like the old East Texas proverb. "Never Attempt To Teach a Pig To Sing; It Wastes Your Time and Annoys the Pig."

I have always liked this pharmacy. Only had a few issues over the years. But my dr called in drugs for my URI Thu morning at 9am. I called later in because i never got a text in the afternoon to be told by a computer that they would be ready after 4 fri. I just called back after 4. After 10 trys i was on hold 51 min just to be told still not filled and they had no idea when it would be. I get to stay sick an extra 2 days because walmart is dont have a backup plan for whatever is going on. Really 2 day to fill 4 rx.i would put a lower score if they had it

Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. This store has responded to customer behavior and now most people do self checkout instead of cashier assisted. I am not sure if this behavior is not trying to hide the intent of some people to cheat on their checkouts by double or triple scanning cheap stuff and placing unscanned expensive and unscanned stuff into the cart.

This Walmart has one line open the rest self checkout the guy that's checking people out is moving slow intentionally he looked at us and moved even slower. This is a problem with management if you can't identify associates strengths and weaknesses . Why does the customer have to pay more for groceries and his salary if it's clear he shouldn't be in that position. We shouldn't have to self checkout and pay higher prices for items. If everyone did self checkout he wouldn't have a job.

Alyssa , I think is her name ,is always a ray of sunshine when u see her at this Neighborhood Walmart . She and many of the others here go above what my expectations of Walmart is these days.From the Cashiers to the Pharmacy they are usually all very friendly and helpful.

Went here the other day for a few things, as I am coming to the end of the aisle there is a supervisor with about 4 women employees standing there. Supervisor is completely berating them in front of customers. It is so unprofessional to stand them in earshot of their customers and talk down to them. It is no wonder Walmart employees are notorious for not caring if that is the way you treat them in front of customers. I was embarrassed for them. Horrible way to treat your employees!!!

Shopped here today, had a cart full! No registers only self checkouts. So I went to the one with a belt so it would be easy to bag. Placed my groceries on the belt and waited for the guy in front of me with maybe 10 things to finish. The young rude employee came over said this register was closed. Closed? you just let that guy go and my groceries are on the belt. He said it was closed to me because I had to much, no one could watch me! Watch me! If you want to watch people then put employees on registers! I had to go to the little register and do a little at a time! Ridiculous when it would have been faster with the belt! Will be going to Food Lion from now on!
