My experience with Walmart Auto Center is limited to a phone call. The customer service was excellent, but I wanted to buy a car battery and get it installed but was advised that the tech wasn't there so they couldn't install it for me. I'm on my own with 3 little kids so I didn't want to have to do that, so I ended up going somewhere else where they could install it for me while I watched the kids.

It says open at 7am. Go to the store and they say bot open till 9am. Good luck getting this walmart to pick up the phone, because it will NOT happen. Nothing that says available in store on the website is ever truly available, and NO ONE will check for you. Took over an hour last time to get tires rotated with no one in front of me at all. I can't wait till everyone loses their jobs and it just becomes another amazon.

Schedule service appointment ahead due to staffing issues. I didn't know this ahead of time and couldn't get service as a walk-in.The time frame that is posted is not convenient for me working customers. I purchase tires that afford free tire rotation and I get an oil change at this time. I took my business elsewhere ??

I had my oil change done at Walmart, they were respectful and accurate when taking care of my Jeep ?. It's also good because your able to do your grocery shopping and extra bargain shopping since they are renovating the store at the moment.

Amber is the absolute best!!! While I was very impressed by her technical knowledge, ( she had to help myself get the correct tires), and her work ethic, ( I literally got tired just watching her run back and forth in that shop, working hard)... her customer service skills are out of this world! Amber went above and beyond what she had to do to make me a satisfied customer.Totally professional, extremely helpful, and had me on my way before I knew it. I would trust her with any job on my car, without hesitation.It is so rare that someone has both the knowledge of the job, and the customer service skills that she possesses. Amber is a true gem in her workplace, and I am a very satisfied customer!

Do not recommend this place to buy new tires, they sold me defective tires that worn out after just 20k miles, I bought certificates for all four tires and still they did not replace or give any credit to get a new set of tires, claiming that it was all my fault showing no evidence of what they said, and refusing my claim leaving me with unsafe tires to drive. The managers running this place are Heather and Cassidy, I talked to both. Worst customer service ever seen. Don't waste your time (or risk your life) and get new tires somewhere else.

I’ve been trying to get my oil change and tires balanced/rotated for over three weeks. Each time I go at various times I’m turn down either they are saying lack of staff or closing early . I’ve purchase my tires from this store , own three cars and have been taking them to yal for years , this new manager/management is terribleServices: Tires

I ordered tires online from Wal-Mart and scheduled an installation appointment with its automotive service center. The service center was unable to mount my tires because of the size of the tire, although I was able to order, purchase, and schedule the tire installation with this Wal-Mart nearly a week in advance of my appointment. So, I have tires, no installation, no idea where to have them installed, no idea when they can be installed, and a morning taken off from work. This three star review is to recognize the willingness of area lead JJ to ameliorate the inconvenience I had experienced. JJ offered to reimburse me for the cost of installation wherever I managed to have the tires installed. My tires were installed by a business less than a mile from Wal-Mart about an hour after I left my disappointing experience with this Wal-Mart automotive service center. I will not be seeking reimbursement, but JJ's willingness to help correct or make better what at that moment was an unacceptable sequence of events was exceptional, smart, and greatly appreciated! Thank you JJ!

Waited 1 hour just for someone to come to the counter. Wild experience, workers would come over every once in a while, ask i need help, then say they'd be right back only tk never return. After tracking a supervisor down I finally got my car serviced. Took another hour to get a tire and oil change.

Needed a patch to get me back home. I don't even commute so it would have literally been to get me back home and maybe one trip to the store between now and my next check. They wouldn't help me unless I bought a plug kit (which I had said already failed in this tire) or a full tire. They said if I had a blowout, it would fall back on them. I guess they can tell the future and feel like I'm just dying to sue someone over something that if it even happened, I was already warned about. ? I work from home. Just needed to GET home without losing my grocery budget on a tire. But they wouldn't help.Service: Tires

They didn't have any tires to fit my car and said they couldn't order them....and it took 1 hour for them to tell me that.
