Horrible customer service horrible place to bank!! Worse customer service than ANY place I know of!!!! Very unfriendly and font like yo give you much information of what their doing with your account and if they feel your asking too many questions about your money you have deposited, they quickly close your account!!! I do NOT recommend this bank to anyone, go someplace else anywhere else!!! You won't regret it!! You'll be happy you did find another bank!!!

Due to COVID-19, Wells Fargo is requiring you make an appointment to meet with someone. At first I was frustrated because that meant I had to drive very much out of the way, but it ended up being a stroke of luck. Melody Martin helped me open a checking and a savings account. As I'm new to Wells Fargo and North Carolina, she was thorough and well informed on every question I had, and was willing to advise which accounts might be the best fit for me. I would highly, highly suggest asking for her. It took me about an hour to open both accounts, but I'm sure it would've gone quicker if I didn't love to chat! I will definitely continue to make the 20 minute commute for any future in-person visits I need to make.

Never been to this branch. Deposited money into my fiancé's account without any trouble. The lady who helped me was super sweet. The whole atmosphere of this bank is inviting and home-like, very clean too. No wait at all, went in and got it done quickly.

I wish it had a drive thru ATM- pain the the butt when you need to do banking and its cold, rainy, you get the idea....
