Hands down friendliest staff I have encountered with Woodforest. I've been dealing with this branch since it opened. The new branch manager is hands down the most AMAZING person to deal with. She has a heart of gold and I can see how much her community adores her everytime I'm in there. Everytime I've had an issue, she has been able to correct it immediately. The energy there is just phenomenal. Next time you are in there, just chat with her and her team! You are sure to see how wonderful that location is turning!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The branch manager never wants to help anyone. She is THE SLOWEST person and absolutely will not help you unless she is the only one there and still then she is on her phone or talking about her personal life. This was after she told me she wouldn't help me while she was doing an interview - and had a line of over 5 people. I believe customers should come first and I should not be asked to go to the walmart cashier to do a deposit. I joined Woodforest in Southport, NC and the level of customer service there was impeccable. I've also had good service at the high point location. I can't speak for every teller because there are a few that are nice - but the manager is hands down the worst. If it wasn't such a pain to transfer all my funds, bills, paycheck etc. I would have already switched banks. Here is is almost 12 pm and I'm still waiting on my night drop deposit to be made... which I assumed was done first thing. SMH

I went to with drawl money and the lady who was helping me (she was a short Hispanic woman) was very helpful and understanding. But the other lady (she was a blonde white woman) was very rude to her coworker and it was honestly disgusting. She also told me I couldn't withdrawl my money cause it's needs to be approved and she said she wasn't approving it. I ended up getting my money but that blonde lady does not need a job there with her attitude!

Bank is fine, I show up, maybe wait a minute or so, do my business, leave. The no overdraft account for $5/month is where its at.

The location in the Kernersville Walmart is TERRIBLE. The staff is horrible and do not know the meaning of customer service. Last three 4 times I have been there to bank in person has been a thoroughly painful situation. They have no desire to help their customers. 2x going for a notary, first time, he was not there and would not be till the next day. Go the next day he "forgot his stamp". Third time, I need a cashiers check for a down payment for my mortgage closing, they do not want to help me because it is "over their limit" and they would have to call/email to get approval. Had to argue with them to obtain the approval. While waiting for the approval, they are sitting there talking amongst themselves about how much they want to go home. When they complete the transaction, no thank you or anything, they just pushed the check across the counter. Horrible staff and totally unprofessional. Looking forward to closing this account. Additionally, go there today at 4:30, they are supposed to be open till 6, and find them closed with "revised hours".

Horrible experience. It says they open at 10 am. I went there at 10 and go to make a deposit and the woman Kia said they wouldnt open for another hour because no one is there. I asked you can't do my deposit for me and she said no and refused to do a deposit for me. The worst woodforest bank by far. I have to be at work in an hour at 11 am and I expressed that and even after that would not help me.

The Kernersville NC branch in Walmart is terrible. Nasty staff members there and they have kids at times sitting without a mask at a desk guessing its one of the staffs kid but wont let you sit down to talk to them. They are terrible at taking care of a issue and treat customers as if they are bothering them. They have even had someone from another branch sitting talking to them with no mask on. I have also seen that the color of your skin makes a difference on how you are treated. They need to replace to whole staff!
