This is by far the best 7/11 I’ve visited. There are several on the outer banks but this one is the only one i go to. I only visit the other ones unless I’m about to run out of gas and HAVE to go there. The manager and assistant manager at this location are amazing. They remember people and greet them by their name and make you feel welcomed. I always have nice conversations with the employees working. I love the buffalo chicken rollers and this location always has them stocked and ready. It’s always clean, organized, and well stocked. They notify me of deals and cook me food on the grill if needed. Love that they are open 24hrs since i work late some nights. They are truly the best!

The owners of this location fly trashy, repulsive political flags on the roof of the building and on their mailbox (undoubtedly in violation of their franchise agreement). Besides this, the store is filthy inside and out, and is consistently poorly stocked. The new Wawa in Kill Devil Hills is a much better choice, they have hot food and quick service without the gross flags. The 7/11 to the south in Nags Head (different owners) is also clean, well stocked, and free of political garbage. Don't waste your time here.

Cashier refused to give me a bag and began waiting on customers next in line while I stood there. She finally angrily whipped a bag at me and shot me dirty looks. Very strange behavior that needs to be addressed by supervisor. 4:30 pm, Fri Mar. 28 2025

Poor display of a 7-11. It’s garbage. When I travel to each 7-11 in the vicinity and there are no jalapeño and cream cheese taquitos on the grill or for that matter anything on the grill is sooooo disappointing! Wawa is a top-tier gas station chain and it makes 7-Eleven look absolutely piss poor. You guys need to step your game up you should have the grill stocked up all the time and make sure the items are fresh and not sitting there all day. Make sure they’re nice and fresh so they get sold. Rinse Repeat. 🔁 losing faithful customers everyday for nonsense like this. Tighten up.

The manager is rude, I was outside waiting for the raing to stop and she just told me to go away even if it’s raining. She is a rude person, nice stuff but bad experience with that lady manager. I do not recommend! Also i would like to add that i bought things, I was a customer, I didn’t just stoped and waited for the rain to stop! Big dislike for her, the words cannot explain my dissatisfaction about this place and the manager. ????

Really ridiculous that I come in at 2:05 in the afternoon and purchase over $25 worth of lottery tickets and pay cash I win $100 I come back in the door to cash it in and buy a couple more lottery tickets and the lazy female at the counter tells me that I would have to spend my entire $100 on lottery tickets that she does not have any cash to give me come on people I know there's a policy with the amount of cash that you leave in a cash register as my family owns a gas station but I just spent $25 in the store for you to turn me down cashing in up lousy $100 lottery ticket now I have to get in my car and drive to another store it's just kind of ridiculous and lazy I wish I could give you zero Stars

I love what the new 711 owners have done with the store. the new employees are always kind,everything is always clean and the new remodel is fantastic,it looks amazing. I make sure to stop in every time I'm near.PS- the lady with the curly hair was amazing
