We were picking up on Saturday which happened to be an extended holiday and Bobby was kind enough (even though business was closed ) meet us to get our rental jeep Exceptional customer service and the rental jeep we were to receive smelled when he arrived for us to pickup then cleaned another for us to drive. “This location was fantastic! They went above and beyond to help us when another rental car place failed us while on vacation. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alex. We were needing a one way rental from NC to OH and that is typically not something they do. However she kept working on it for us until found us what we needed. “Great experience! John and Maureen were very sweet, informative, and thorough with instructions. Maureen gave us lots of recommendations for cool places to check out and even threw in a free air-up kit to make things easier for us, just because it was my birthday! The rental process was easy and smooth. We explored the 4x4 beaches in Corolla and got to see the wild horses. So much fun! We will definitely rent from them again next time we are in OBX!”
